Only problem is there is a very loud bar in front of the hotel that makes impossible to leave doors open, but if you keep it close can barely hear. Good overall.

Noise from bar opposite hotel is very loud and goes on until midnight. Room was a bit more dated than previous visits (though still very clean and perfectly acceptable) and was on a lower floor than preference, but this was explained as we had paid for a standard room which were lower floors. Still slightly disappointing as previous visits (hotel under different ownership) had never specified anything other than standard rooms.

Fourth stay at this hotel, not too big and good standards. Would return again. Cleaning staff do an excellent job, hotel is immaculate throughout.

Lifts - just 2 for whole hotel, capacity not suffucient at all Partly older room equipment, e.g. in bathroom (in the other hand, some investments visible) Walls in a room quite soundprooved but not door - So, you can hear everything from the corridor Picnic (take away) lunch quite poor

We were there out of season (early November) and whilst it was quiet and still amazing weather with full sun and around mid-20s celsius, most of the resort was shut so it was challenging to find places to eat. The type of restaurants they do have there looked like they mostly catered to British & German tourists.

The beach at Sa Coma is gorgeous - white, soft sand and turquoise-coloured water. The hotel is very easy walking distance to the beach and our room's terrace overlooked the beach with a nice terrace. The pool area of the hotel is fabulous! The coach from Palma that goes to Sa Coma (401) takes 90 mins, is very cheap (only €5), comfortable, air-conditioned and the bust stop is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. Very convenient.

Location was perfect for my needs, staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel and room were extremely clean and well presented. I didn’t get to fully explore the hotel but what I did see and facilities used were more than adequate.

Lovely hotel situated 2 minutes from the beach Excellent friendly staff. Breakfast was very good with a great selection of hot and cold food. Good size pool and terrace area.. Reception area smells lovely...like a spa!

The hotel is situated next to a music bar open till late night hours which made it difficult to relax and fall asleep. Walls were rather thin so we could easily hear guests from the next room. It would be really convinient if the room was equipped with a small fridge or a kettle. The hotel's parking was too small so everyday we had to look for a parking space by the street.

We really enjoyed breakfasts (satisfying choice) and closeness to the beach. Our room was spacious and clean.

The karaoke bar across the street can be a bit much if you have trouble sleeping, hotel parking is quite limited but there are other free options on the streets nearby.

An excellent stay at Hotel Marfil Playa. The staff are professional and efficient, the hotel is maintained at high standards and it’s located very close to the beach, shops and restaurants.
