Couple of minor things in the room. There could be a little more attention paid to fixings to make sure everything worked properly (our vanity mirror couldnt be used as it needed to be screwed to the wall properly). There were no dressing gowns in our room upon arrival (but sorted within minutes of asking for them). These were only minor issues and did not distract from our enjoyment of the hotel.

Loved the terrace, the location, attention to detail, breakfast. All those things were super but the staff were excellent. They were professional, friendly, polite and extremely smartly dressed.

The breakfast experience could have more options.

A new hotel with ocean views and plenty of character. The staff couldn't do more to help you, and whole experience felt very premium.

Beautiful, quirky and fabulous hotel. The staff were attentive and plentiful, the hotel was in a great location with easy access to the beach and a ten minute walk into the centre of Santa Eulària. The buffet breakfast was great and the music by the pool was funky and welcome.

The music! At first when you arrive it’s quite calming and it definitely fits in with the overall theme of the hotel. But by the end of day one, you could be driven quite mad with the of the same old same old style of 1950’s riviera sounds…boring and vanilla to say the very least! In all honesty, it’s the only thing that I would change- the rest is perfection!

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The attention to detail of every aspect of the hotel is incredible. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with lots of choice and everything was very fresh. The sea view from my from was to die for each morning!

Not much. Everything was fine. Maybe a quiet area in the shared space would be an advantage. I had to take a couple of work calls. Wasn’t noisy.

The staff at the restaurant / pool are clueless. You will be waiting for at least an hour for food, and around 40 minutes for drinks even if you order a bottle of wine. The restaurant was never that busy so we were always shocked at how slow it was. The staff can’t speak much English either which didn’t help. Once we knew this was the case, we ordered well in advance so it didn’t ruin our stay.

The aesthetic of the property is amazing. Every corner of the hotel is beautiful. We stayed in off season in April so the value for money was great, we stayed in one of the suites. I would rate it as the best hotel room we have ever stayed in. The pool towel / beds are so luxurious

Absolutely nothing

Absolutely everything, we really could not have a better time. It really looks like in the photos. Since you get in you really get absorbed by the Slim Aarons style and the old school Italian dolce vita magic! The premises are really stunning specially in the pool. It’s very tranquil and it has such a good energy. The waking up in the morning is magnificent with the views from the room and the music could not be better for all those who appreciate the classics and have French and Italian music culture. The stuff is equally magnificent and always there to really make you feel home. Most of the are Spanish and Italian and for someone Spanish like me who’s lives abroad it’s really a plus. Food is also great and the deco is a 10!

Beautiful, elegant hotel and rooms with character that made our stay such a treat! The sea view is incredible, the breakfast full of options and the staff very friendly. The hotel manager is a fantastic person as well, we had a beautiful conversation and he made sure everything was fine during our stay. Cannot recommend it enough and we are already looking forward to our comeback!
