The lift was like the start of a horror film, used it once and took the stairs thereafter! But if you need/want a lift it's good to have one. Odd smell in the room like stale smoke, we wondered what it could be until in the morning saw one of the staff smoking in another room while cleaning... not ideal but again, the staff all seemed nice and it's a decent price for the location and provision.

Great location, lots of interesting bars and restaurants around. The staff seemed nice. The room was a decent size and everything important seemed to work. There was a lift. Breakfast (coffee, juice, toast and jam) definitely better than nothing! There were things we weren't keen on but on balance for a budget stay in vigo I would recommend.

The hotel was extremely run down and unclean! Everything has become moldy and rusted. It wasn't cleaned properly. The sheets were dirty and already used. All in all an absolute horror and definitely not recommended. We were very disgusted and were glad it was only one night!

Our room was small and the bed was hard. But that was personal, I like soft beds. The shutters keep out all light, which is fine is you want complete darkness, but difficult for me as I like to wake up with the sun.

The hotel was well placed for the sea front, the Christmas fair and the city centre. The staff were super friendly, helpful and the breakfast was plenty to keep us going. We didn't find it noisy at night and nothing disturbed us until our alarm went off.

We didnt like it at all. They should take off that they habe parking. They dont! You have to park far away for an extra fee and its not 24hours. They close at 9pm until 8am the next day. So you dont have access to your vehicle. The staff is not only RUDE, they're sketchy. The rooms are humid, the smell is bad, the bathrooms are dirty, and its noisy. I got 2 rooms and our only purpose was to sleep. Both rooms on 2 different floors smelled bad and were dirty. I wanted my money back to go somewhere else because i clearly asked if they had parking and they said they did. Thats a lie. Never staying there again

The bed was very small and the mattress uncomfortable. We could guests next door and we could hear the lift. Noisy party outside, impossible to reduce any of the noise.

Room next to lift 305 and lift motors really noisy, walls very thin as was worn at 5am bt someone's radio and again at 6am by someone's alarm. Poor night's sleep not one of the 3 bedside lights worked. Only working light was the main ceiling light.
