Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great Central location near both the port as well as bars and restaurants. Room was cleaned every day and had everything I needed - good amount of sockets especially by mirrors and bed, hairdryer, plenty of storage and despite being on my own, a nice large and comfortable bed. I even had a small balcony. I was surprised to see the addition of shower/ wash gel supplied in the bathroom which you wouldn't necessarily expect from a 3 star hotel. All in all great value for money.

IsraelSince my main goal was rest - I could not make up for it. The walls are very thin, and my neighbor turned out to be the most unsuitable. All night until 6-7 in the morning he watched TV loudly (different programs, changed the sound volume all the time) and coughed loudly. Wifi didn't work at all, which is just as important for a tourist.
I arrived in Vigo very tired and booked a hotel to sleep and relax. The location is excellent, the staff is polite. I liked the view from the balcony and the big bed. It was clean and comfortable. I was allowed to leave my bag for a couple of hours after checkout. But..
