1. We did half board with dinner during our stay. The restaurant may as well not have a menu as most things weren’t available and the staff would constantly have to come up with alternatives. 2. The evenings at the restaurant were busy, not enough staff which meant the service was poor and the staff were not attentive. Not 5 star. 3. Room was a little outdated for 5 star

The AC was blowing hot hair and despite the several complaints raised to reception, the maintenance could not fix it. It was almost impossible to sleep at night. My son was sweating and couldnt sleep... I wouldnt say it ruined our holidays but it was close to. The room next to ours also suffered from the same. Even with windows wide open during night, it was very hot and if this happened in October, i imagine during the summer.

Awesome property, very old family manor house which was very well taken care of. the Facilities are among the best i've seen, beautiful landscape, easy access, several pools including adult only, great food and several restaurant options. Bed and room very comfortable apart from the AC which doesnt work.

Food in restaurant is rather expensive for the small portions and misses taste, even the patatas bravas were mediocre. When leaving at 0700 for the airport no early breakfast could be given, no quick croissant, nothing, only roomservice was an option 🙃

More staff are needed to make the restaurants operate efficiently. When they get slightly busy, the service becomes very very slow. They definitely need a ‘greeter’ when you enter the restaurants.

Quiet location. Lots of space. Wonderful traditional buildings. Lovely room. Amazing historical chapel within the grounds. Two lovely swimming pools.

Food was great, but might get a little boring after more than a few days. We did 4 nights which was perfect. Service is a little slow, but we didn't mind that too much because we were relaxing!

Beautiful building and setting, so relaxing. Pool is lovely and the restaurants, nice gym. All inclusive option was great, really liked that it was a proper menu for all meals. Would recommend a walk around the Cross Country track - we saw wild tortoises.

The staff in the evenings were really stressed and did not meet our expectations. Missed orders, no drinks arrived before food and they couldn’t focus on taking orders.

Amazing buildings and the area is perfect for relaxing. I loved the separate relaxing pool without kids.

Everything was perfect, the only thing that was a bit annoying were flies. There was a lot of them and it was a bit disturbing while we were eating.

This hotel is amazing. The whole area is very beautiful and well maintain, it is a pleasure to stay there. The food was unbelievably tasty, everything we tried was very good. Our room was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The stuff was super helpful and friendly. It was our honeymoon and I can't imagine a better place to spent it, we were extremely satisfied and we are already thinking about coming back.

Nearest beach is a 15 minute drive to a cove but delicious restaurant - Restaurante Miguel- made it worth the travel time.

Lovely “finca” style - farm- property — medieval era with beautiful modern luxury touches. Nice change of pace after several days on the coast and just 15 mins to the airport! Fabulous buffet breakfast and especially nice and well-decorated gym! The white stone buildings with stone roofs make for super quiet nights — wonderfully relaxing! Fantastic Indy massage in the spa.

The hairdrier in the room was one of the worst ones I ever used. Only had 3 modes - one cold, one warm and super low power and one hot and a little more power (but still very low overall). My hair dried quicker if I just let it airdry. This is not a big deal, but from a place like this, I would expect it to be something other than the what it seemed to be a 10 € worth of hairdryer. Also, what we found a bit weird was that although the pools were open 24/7, the workers who distributed new beach towels only showed up at around 11 AM. A bit late, considering a lot of the guests were already there and enjoying the pool. Both mornings we had to seek the towels ourselves.

Although we only stayed for a short time (2 nights), we had a great experience staying at Zoetry Mallorca. The whole place looks absolutely incredible, the pictures don't do it justice. You can just wander off and explore everything it has to offer. The hotel has two swimming pool areas and we stayed just at the one that was adults only. It was quiet, serene and perfect for relaxation. It also offered a great view of the church in the background. The breakfast is also one of the best breakfasts ever, the eggs benedict were just perfect! Also the staff is very nice, we had dinner at the property last night and one gentleman was just incredibly nicef, helpful and always checking up on us. Great overall experience if you want a quiet, but absolutely beautiful holiday.

Service around the adult pool needs to be better as is pointed out by multiple reviews - the pool bar is by the kid-friendly pool which means walking to get a drink or food. It's not far to walk but when it's 35+ degrees, regular service around the adult pool would greatly improve things and add to the otherwise lovely stay.

The hotel was stunning! The location is fairly remote but that's what we were looking for as we hired a car to explore. Breakfast options were great with everything on offer. The evening restaurants offered good choices, albeit slightly limited menus in both the Tapas and Mediterranean restaurants, so eating in each more than twice can become a little repetitive. The hotel isn't a fancy high-spec 5-star hotel, it's more about the charm and quaintness of a peaceful retreat in beautiful surroundings.
