The only weakness is the breakfast - the selection is great but still given quality of the hotel it could have been more fresh/tasty.

Rooms with mountain view, windows facing the road side so some loud car noise at night. Room hygiene and wifi still need to be upgraded.

Not keen on the see through toilet door...privacy film on all the glass panels would make for more relaxing stay. Pool bar very expensive.

Problems with parking near the hotel. Closest big free parking on the beach (walking about 7 mins). Breakfasts are standard, small selection, sometimes cherished

They don’t have room service even though it’s stated on their website. Reception staff were just kind of there doing the bare minimum, zero effort to make you feel welcome. I used to managed a hotel so seeing such things always break my heart as customer service can make or break a business. Housekeeping and pool bar staff were lovely though. Wifi keeps disconnecting which is a small thing to improve. The bathroom has a major design flaw, it completely floods after a short shower. The services don’t live up to 4 stars sadly

The location is great, a few minutes walk to the old town area and a 5-min walk from the bus station. The room was clean and I’d love to know what detergent they use as the sheets & towels smelled amazing! Breakfast was good and the pools on the terrace are awesome with stunning views. The room had a kettle with coffee & tea which is rare nowadays in similar hotels in Tenerife. Overall great value for money but a few areas to improve.

The operation time of the pool was from 10.00 to 18.00 which was usually the time when we went out to explore the city. It would be nice if we had chance to use it after 6 pm too. Also, finding a parking spot in the area was a bit of hustle.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, the room was clean.

The hotel is close to the old city, Loro Parque and Playa Jardin, a beautiful beach. The room was great, I liked the comfy beds and the pillows, so I had a very good sleep. They have a nice heated pool on the roof, but I didn't try it.

Parking is a nightmare, don't bring a hire car. Mine got impounded.

Breakfast was very good. The suit was very spacious, although missing a TV. Nice balcony for chilling on with a city Veiw. Good location with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

This was a last minute booking for us as we had to stay extra from being taken ill elsewhere. Cannot thank front dest staff enough for all their help and guidance, showing us to the doctors, checking how I was , and sorting a taxi back to the airport when she was well enough to fly back home. Hotel is in a great location had my I been well enough to enjoy a good walk around, lots of lovely winding streets with bustling restaurants, and great atmosphere..

At night in the bedroom there were a couple of small green lights which meant it was totally dark. There was some karaoke or other noise coming from the lobby area of the hotel until about 9:30pm.

Easy to find and near Puerto de La Cruz’s bus station. I had a good sized room with a balcony on the first floor. The buffet breakfast offered a good choice (I had bacon, poached egg & toast followed by fresh fruit & a pastry). The beaches of Playa Jardin are a short walk away. There are 2 small rooftop pools & a sunbathing area with sun lounges. I arrived an hour and a half before check-in and they let me store my bags at the hotel until my room was ready.
