Older lady in reception was very unpolited and we didn't have a nice welcome. Breakfasts could be better.

Very nice room, good size bathroom. Cleaning staff is doing good job.

One thing that really hurt me was having to pay extra for my child who is 14 years old as an adult this wasn’t told to me when booking and I had to pay extra £175 when I had already paid. This wasn’t fair.

Food was great for my daughter she has special needs and the was good for her.

The location is a bit far, but if you are looking to travel around the island more you could take advantage of the proximity to the highway.

We had a big room with two incredible terraces where you could sit around and have a couple of drinks. Breakfast was decent and we even took advantage of the swimming pool later in the day.

The hotel is not exactly NEAR the beach, but it's not a tiring walk. We were not properly informed that during the dinner (which was included in the price) the drinks are not free. Ended up having a small unplanned spending.

We liked everything. Special thanks for the awesome pool and outstanding breakfast & dinner! Everything was clean, everyone was polite. The surface of the apartment + 2-story terrace impressed us! The overall vibe was very pleasant.

But the second time we found a lot of dirt on the floors and the bedsheets didn't get changed, we still found dark several hairs on the sheets. Breakfast was beyond disgusting and plates were greasy. Don't eat there!

We booked this hotel twice, the first time the rooms were quite clean. We liked to walk to the beach but it's a 2.3km walk. The golf court made a nice addition and nice view.

The cushions were too hard. We had to carry our lugage, including a stroller up the stairs because there wasnt an elevator to our room.

The room was nice, with a big balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was great, a lot of choice. A problem with electricity was fixed really fast.

The check in time is quite late as people who arrive early have to wait quite a while but other than that everything was perfect

205 room of gloom ! not one shred of sunlight inside or on the balcony at any point during the day. Anna - just rude ! spoken to like a naughty child when I got caught out with no mask at reception because the key card had stopped working again ! slow wifi very uncomfortable sun loungers till price doesn’t match drinks menu prices double toaster only toasted one side as out of the 4 elements only 2 worked shower flooded spent 20 mins mopping up tiny shower towels

Room is very dark and renovations was done untidy(traces of paint on the mirror, etc). Air condition did not work at all, and in feels like there was not enough fresh air in the room. No bathroom supplies (shower gel and shampoo). Also no dishwashing detergent and sponges. Very poor internet.

Room quite big with nice terrace. Enough kitchen stuff. Swimming pool is available.

The main pool was very hot to begin with but the temperature decreased throughout my stay.

The shower is built in a way that the water leaks out and floods the entire bathroom Pool is great but the towels are not free (you have to rent them, which is a bit cheap..) Pool is super nice but by the end of the day, it was boiling due to the high temperatures. Not the hotel's fault, but it's not refreshing Breakfast buffet was nice but quality could be improved: no fresh juice, pastry is ok but not that great. It would be nice to have some complimentary water in the room.

Spacious room, quite clean and quiet. Very suitable for a family. Separate living area is quite useful. 2 TVs with international channels. Staff was friendly. Facilities are quite nice, especially the swimming pool Breakfast buffet was nice with a good variety of choices Thank you for a great stay!

Some days walking to the main areas was tiring (40 mins to the beach we liked) but that's because we were tired not the fault of the hotel. We specifically chose a hotel in a calmer location. Sometimes our shower/wet room floor was flooded after having a shower but we managed this by creating a towel barrier.

Staff were friendly and helpful even after other customers had been rude to them. Hotel was quiet at nights and sleeping was easy

* There's no strict curfew for the pool, so of you have a room that is facing it, you won't sleep at night. A lot of noisy tourists, with little to no regard of other people's resting times. * If you're into room fengshui, the bedroom has mirrors everywhere and is a bit unpleasant. * The staff at the reception can have an attitude, but they eventually help out. * 20-30 mins away from the beaches by foot (and min 10 by car if you count the time it takes to find a parking spot). * Nothing really happening around the hotel. It's in an area still under construction, so there are just huge fields of rocks and dirt.

* Big, clean room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with two stalls, a living room, balcony and terrace. * Good, varied breakfast with lots of tasty options * A lot of added services on the premise (transportation if needed, groceries shop, games etc). * Free parking on the streets near it (a Godsent if you have a rented car)

The only criticism we had was that the dining area/restaurant could have been a bit more stylish. As it was it was functional but not very comfortable but this is just a minor gripe.

The apartments are very spacious and contain everything you need for a holiday. We were half board and breakfast and dinner was excellent with a great choice from the buffet or the show kitchen.

We liked everything, but having a few extra blankets would be even more amazing.

The staff is extremely friendly, and helpful. We arrived 3 hours earlier, and they very kindly offered to storage the bags. We also needed a taxi, and they were always there to help. The hotel is well maintained and cleaned. We had a great room and great experience. The buffet breakfast its one of the highlights of the hotel ( continental breakfast) lot’s of variety. Overal good value for money! the supermarket on site its a great add on. 1000% recommend this hotel it excessed our expectations!
