The lack of hangers in the room and lack of an amenity kit (cotton pads, mini nail file, etc.) , also the shower gel had neither been refilled when when we arrived nor during our stay. There is no restroom on the rooftop (only in the hotel lobby or your room) , also it is only open until 8 pm, so no chance to watch the sunset from this perfect spot.

The hotel was recently rennovated, the design is stylish, minimalistic Ibiza, a lot of white and earthy tones, the breakfast buffet has a lot of options, the quality of the food in general is very good. The staff is super friendly. The rooftop infinity pool and bar area is wonderful.

Charges for underground parking at the hotel and for reserving sun loungers seemed a bit expensive, but both were very convenient and worth it on balance.

Fantastic recently refurbished hotel, great location, brand new rooftop pool area is incredible, rooms are nicely refurbished with great balconies, good breakfast and good bar with great cocktails!

The only thing , when wee arrive wee weren't informed about booking a sunbed upstairs, so wee did go upstairs both days and 2nd wee were removed from the lounger . It wasn't the fact wee didn't know it was the fact the lady ate the point wee never paid... anyway was a good weekend overall but was a bit annoyed about that ..

Too noisy at night

Modern chic hotel, very good breakfast. We loved it except it was too noisy at night, with many people there to party.. we asked for a refund which we were given by the nice Hotel director.

The pictures do not do this hotel justice at all. Recently renovated, the rooms are lovely and modern with tons of room for two people and a great sized bathroom (with great water pressure!). The included breakfast was always fresh and well stocked regardless of the time you went down and the bar on the rooftop was reasonably priced (10 euros an aperol). The main highlight for us though was the rooftop pool and the Bali beds... the view was just sensational! Also walking distance to everything in San An but you didn't feel like you were in the thick of it - was nice to be set back a little for the hustle and bustle.

Can't complain about anything.

Facilities are super. The rooftop pool is beautiful at sunsets. The breakfast really good. Also the location is very good. Don't forget to dine next door with the Golden Buddha. It's delicious.

The hotel has been newly refurbished and looks great. The rooftop pool and balcony to the room were highlights! The rooftop is amazing with a gorgeous view. You can watch the sunset from your balcony which has lovely furniture to ensure it’s nice to use. The rooms are great and a good size. A bit more attention could be given to the room cleaning. Breakfast was just OK. Really the only issue with the hotel is the staff which I feel are maybe teething issues so hopefully will work out. When we were checking in the concierge literally left us in the middle to help two outside guests reserve beds for the rooftop, then left to actually take them up to the rooftop without finishing our check in. Things like that happened a lot. Not major but it’s the service that lets the hotel down a little. Location wise it’s just up from cafe del mar, opposite a little beach. No issues with noise or anything like that and easy to get taxis where you wanted to go. If I was staying in San Antonio again I’d be happy to stay here ensuring you have a room that faces the beach and sunset.

Breakfast was really good, lots of choices, and on till 11am. Loved our sea view room and sunsets. The location is also great, nice little beach opposite and good restaurants nearby. Walk to Cafe del Mar only 10-15 minutes.

We have been coming to Ibiza for years and this is by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The breakfast/rooftop pool were amazing and the hotel is lovely. In a great location to reach everything but also quiet enough at night. Would recommend this hotel to anyone - we will definitely be returning!
