Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Hospitality of the owners is extremely exceptional, staff super friendly and service incredibly high quality. Restaurant atmosphere and the food are surprisingly perfect, compared to the many visited places from Santiago de Compostela , Pontevedra , Vigo and a lot more… Hotel is super clean and every detail is made with love.

Very beautiful antique house. Staff and owner are very helpful and hospitable. Location is convenient - 15 minutes by car from Santiago de Compostela. Room is clean, bed is comfy. Very fast response via booking chat.

This is a simple yet very nice hotel about 15 min from Santiago. Car needed. We were on a road trip and it was great. Very good restaurant. Nice-sized room. Would definitely recommend. Parking lot for hotel guests.

United KingdomWith the name gastronomic in the title, I expected the food to be better. Maybe I ordered wrongly…… My salad had clearly been made up prior and kept in the fridge as everything was freezing cold and tasteless. My turbot too, was just okay with a couple of slices of vegetables on the side. Not worth the €20 price tag. But the warmed cheesecake was a different thing altogether. Fabulous! So maybe I ordered the wrong things on the menu… The food must clearly be good as the car park was full at lunchtime. I’d definitely stay again, but maybe I’d eat at lunchtime and not order a salad or fish…
My room was lovely and the service was excellent from all that staff I met. Big car park near by and close enough to Santiago and the coast to make it an excellent place to stay to experience everything the area has to offer.
