We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNot much that we didn’t like. Only thing was the lunch menu, very basic, in our opinion portions very small and not great quality. Was the same menu for evening meal, so we went to another hotel, this was buffet style, so much better.
Excellent venue if you just want to relax. Whole experience well worth it. Stayed 2 nights 3 days. Have booked to come back again.

FranceFor the people that expect real thermal waters - go somewhere else! This hotel or the ones in the balneario de archena are not real thermal waters by definition. There are just regular swiming pools with warm water and a lot, like a lot of chlorine. You can’t even stay in the water, the smell of chlorine is too much - which are harmful for your body. You should test your water every hour to see the level of chlorine, it would exceed any permissible value. You have to walk like 500 m to go to those swimming pools, very unclear on how and where to go, you have a map but this is just stupid to walk so much when it is freezing cold outside and you are wet. This hotel shouldn’t deserve 4 stars, it didn’t meet most of the criteria. The robes for the spa looked like they are 20 years old! If they are ripped please dont sew them up and give to your guests, this is not normal ! Additionally, you had to have a swimming cap to enter the pools, it would have made sense that a 4 start hotel will provide them for you, but no, not here. No slippers, no caps, only old robes have been provided to us. You have to buy slippers - 7 euro and the cap - 3.5 euros from their shop. I would never come back here and I would not recommend to anyone. Totally disappointed by our stay, and for what they call thermal waters.

CanadaMissing in a room a simple electric cattle to get a tea or coffee.. Charging everybody for a car parking while a final Paiment despite you don't have a car .. If you don't note this additional charge, U'll automatically pay.. Looks really offensive..
We got a free access to SPA instead of a main Inside pool, which was on maintenance..

United KingdomThe breakfast was terrible, cold hard toast, cheap ham slices and warm fruit juice. I asked for the cereal with dried fruits and got half a bowl of cornflakes and had to ask two members of staff for some milk. We had a croissant and a chocolate pastry between us. The hot breakfast consisted of undercooked scrambled eggs and soggy bacon or smoked salmon. Really dissapointing. The room was clean and had everything you needed but the layout in the bathroom was shocking. There was a small gap between the toilet and the side of the bath that you had to climb into to take a shower. I dread to think of the accidents that could befall anyone with limited mobility or that were short. It was so bad I took photos which I wouldn't normally do. The pool area was extremely crowded and the pools were uncomfortably warm and swimming hats had to be worn.
The grounds surrounding the hotel were lovely, it was a bit of a walk from the car park to the hotel and from the hotel to the pool but not too bad. Lovely bars within the grounds which are quite picturesque. The subterranean level where the mud treatments are carried out is really unusual and worth exploring.

We enjoyed the feeling of total relaxation from our day to day life. Superb!!! The staff are welcoming and friendly without being intrusive. We had breakfast and dinner each evening, the food was well presented and excellent choices each day a new menu. The menus are available in various languages which helps you make your choices. Good selection of wines available in restaurant at very reasonable prices. Super place we have stayed at hotel Lavante and hotel Termos and both are excellent. We keep going back each year the Spa complex is great!!!!
