The room itself needs some refurbishment, certainly the curtains (not really clean and worn out) and the shower.

Very, very friendly people at the reception, and a really nice breakfast. The location was excellent for a visit to the town center. I had a quiet room, and a good bed.

If was bit far away from the city centre. The beds were ok but they were a bit noisy when we change position when sleeping. There are too many stairs at the entrance: it is quite difficult to get in with your suitcase and it’s even harder for a handicap person. We found it a bit expensive.

We had all the facilities. The staff was very kind. The room was really spacious.

Some could consider the facilities to be a bit dated but I believe it adds to the character of the building. The shower facilities could have been better, but having hot water in less than 10 seconds from opening the tab was a godsend.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to get to know central Leon. With the Cathedral a mere 18 minute walk away and the famous hostal just across the pond.... Perfect for a weekend getaway.

not much to complain about the bed was not that great and a new mattress would be a nice addition but after sleeping in Aluburges it was ok.

I was on the Camino and stayed here for two zero days, and the hotel was very nice, kind of art deco vib, I did not get breakfast included but the staff gave me full access to the coffee machine. The room was tiny with a tiny bathtub but it worked for soaking my feet and legs.

The location of the hotel is centrally located. Like many hotel properties in Spain, if you are driving, I would suggest calling ahead of time and asking where the nearest parking is. The staff is very helpful and curteous

In need of some modernisation - but for the price paid is as we expected

We are two cyclists on a ride from Cadiz to San Sebastian. Our needs are simple we seek a clean bed and a hot shower – the hotel provided both Reception was welcoming and helpful - the hotel is in need of refurbishment - it works well at this price point and is away from the old town center

Unfortunately, I was sick, trying to recover from a bad cough, so mostly stayed in my room, except to take a short walk for some fresh air. However, all the staff were very kind and helpful. I requested a large pot of hot water, a cup and spoon so that I could make broth, using concentrated packets I got at the local shop, ,and they provided these as soon as I asked. I truly appreciated their support

The rooms were in need of a remodel. The bathroom had water damage. The hallways were dark and dirty the carpet was worn out and badly stained I would not stay here again. The Holiday room rates were too expensive for a hotel in this condition.

Most affordable choice during summer but hotel stars are misleading. Need urgent renovation in room and common spaces. Cigarette smell in the room. Staff was nice. Good location but not in city centre which is at 15 minutes fast walk.
