Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaThe room was quite basic and not very large. I also did not like that the outside pictures of the hotel building were of the 4 stars hotel, while the 3 stars hotel (where we had our room) is not looking that great. I also found the arrangements between the 3 and 4 stars hotels not comfortable and unclearly mentioned, eg you are booking the 3 stars hotel listed on booking but it does not have any reception desk and you need to check in across the street at the 4 stars hotel. Parking was also under the 4 stars hotel so you need to carry the luggage outside and cross the street with these.
The room was clean, quiet, nice terrace. Walking distance to the beach. Breakfast was excellent, recommend paying for it as the choices are many (including live omelette cooking) and the quality very good.

SpainSome logistic issues, especially in reception and it might be an idea checking with provider about the key cards that gets demagnitizied instead of accusing the guests for storing/using them wrong.
Fantastic breakfast and dinner buffet: fresh, healthy tasty and good variety of food and very friendly staff. Spa was great, clean and amazing staff! Great massage! Cleaning department also amazing, friendly and efficient. Good internet and good location.

Amazing stay, we loved everything about this hotel. I was a bit dubious about staying on the cheaper side (Hotel Mediterraneo, not the Spa side) but I shouldn’t have worried, it was brilliant. Amazing staff, amazing pools, breakfast was yummy with so much choice, even Cava if you want it! They have gluten free and lacto free choices too! Just ask for a balcony on the top floors otherwise in shade. We will definitely be back.

LithuaniaConditioning system was off. Because of no season (April) there were difficulties to find a place for lunch or dinner.
We liked our spacious room and good breakfast. Because of the weather we could not use outside pools, but all aerie was nicely prepared for good time with family outside the hotel. Some free parking places available near the hotel. Good wifi.

United KingdomFood was good but became cold quickly when in the serving trays. No English breakfast tea which would have been nice. The boiling water had been put in jugs and the temp had dropped which is no good for making tea. Water in the rooms would have been nice.
Really liked the omlettes. Plenty of choice . Helpful friendly staff.
