Carlos is a fantastic host, really good communication, met us at the property as arranged , gave us a full tour and is a lovely guy, he could not do enough for us.Facilities and decor all brilliant, located a 20 minute walk from the "strip" but I see this as a good thing as its nice and peacefull at night.

We loved everything about our apartment. Location was excellent, very well stocked with everything you need. Couldn't fault anything. Will definitely be retuning. Our host was the best. Very friendly and professional. It was like staying with family. Everything here deserves 5 stars.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like.

The apartment was spacious with everything that you need, plus more.All appliances that you may need are provided ,including washer, drier, dishwasher, even a sandwich toaster. We could not fault it.The apartment was spotless when we arrived.

Nothing everything was great.

This is a must. The photos do not do this place justice. We were so surprised by how clean and how modern it felt. The location was fantastic, only a short walk to the strip and beach, so this apartment is in the quiet area of Benidorm, meaning no noise when you get back in the early hours. The communal pool was clean and a beautiful sun trap. The best thing of all was Carlos. He could not do enough for us. He also thought of everything from information, chargers, washing stuff and much much more. We will definitely stay again.

We travel a lot and often, and in Benidorm itself we have already stayed several times. But in all our long history of travel, we have never met such a warm welcome with a friendly host and such well-equipped apartment as this one! The owner of the apartments, Carlos, is super friendly and helpful, sincerely strives to make his guests feel at home. Carlos is ready to answer any question and provide any assistance to ensure that your holiday and stay in his apartment is the best! The apartment is fully equipped and you can find absolutely everything that you may need. Literally everything is new and in perfect condition: all kinds of dishes and various kitchen utensils, toaster, coffee machine, foil, zip-lock bags for better food preservation and a welcome water bottle with other goods was provided for free. Several types of towels, including special towels for the beach. Beach umbrella, first aid kit, board games (lotto and cards!), music speaker. I think that during our stay we did not even discover or have time to use everything that Carlos kindly prepared for his guests! :) An excellent washing machine and a separate dryer for it. Very comfortable beds, a sofa with an electric control and a large SMART TV with YouTube and NETFLIX connected. All the furniture and equipment of the apartments are new and in excellent condition! Not far from the apartments there is a large supermarket with inexpensive products, the beach is about 10-minute walk. And for those who love active nightlife, all the best bars and nightclubs are within walking distance. At the same time, despite the fact that the Levante area itself is considered quite noisy at night, the location of the apartments themselves is in a quiet and secluded place. We truly had a wonderful time and want to thank Carlos for being such a generous host. It is really amazing to see how he cares about making his guests happy and we wish him to have many nice guests in the future. We recommend it 100%!!! :)
