It was really cold but hitter in the room. The room had an extra blanket but it was not enough. And I got to the hotel at around 2 pm and the room was not ready yet. I had to go around and come back 3 hours latter to have the room.

The Location is great and the room and bed were also good. From this hotel you can easily go to any place of Zaragoza. It's located at the city center.

The hotel agreed to provided a packed breakfast on our departure day and were specifically told not to include any meat. We were extremely disappointed to discover that both sets of sandwiches contained meat products. Also they managed to booked our taxi request twice and the evening receptionist didn't pass the message onto the morning receptionist who didn't understand what we said and booked it again - the taxi driver complained to us on reaching the airport about this.

The hotel was centrally located for the tourist attractions in the town and fairly close to the family we were visiting.

There was a huge leak in the shower stall. The breakfast room was weird. Overall it is expensive for what is being offered.

The room was plain, a bit disappointing after the lovely entrance to the hotel. They could have continued with the theme of "old 60s" style that you can feel when you enter the building. The breakfast was very uninspiring, for 10 euros you can find much better breakfasts in any other establishment nearby.

Excellent location to explore the city without being in the middle of it. The foyer is charming, reminiscent of the 60s, with a couple of phone booths and old clocks.

A very nice hotel close to the city centre, ideal for visiting the old town. Very comfortable room and underground parking which is very secure.

Close to transport to Delicias and the city center. The nostalgic decor was fun. Must have been a really flash place in 1965

the rooms were cold and when we asked the manager to help us make it warmer they told us they have to limit the room temperature to 21 Celsius. We have a baby and at night got very cold.

There was construction happening during the day. We could move into a different room where the noise wasn't as bad, however, that room was closer to the street (Gran Vía) and didn't have double windows, so there was noise at night. The WiFi wasn't particularly strong.

The location is fantastic, the hotel is being renovated. We haven't tried the breakfast buffet, but had breakfast for 4.40€ at the cafeteria which is part of the hotel and which was great
