No lounge area for nights to sit around with friends after being out for a meal other than bar area, although there is a good sized terrace to the front, outside the entrance door, but only in warm weather.

booked a suite so we could have an extra large bed and it didn’t disappoint - the bed was huge! The staff were very friendly.

We found the breakfast choice a little limited. The heating vent in our room made a ticking noise, whether the heating was on or not, which was distracting but didn't stop us sleeping.

The location was fine as we were visiting friends. All the staff we met at the hotel were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and modern with plenty of power points.

the hotel is walking distance from Balneario de Arachena; in max 20’ walking you’ll be there

the property is pretty central, if you come by bus is very close of the bus station and a great resto called Restaurant International-we enjoyed every meal

The breakfast system is, frankly, weird. It's not a buffet breakfast as such - you have to wait for the reception guy to come and "take your order", then you go an sit down and wait for it. Not much room for repetitions. A pretty inefficient and frustrating system.

Rooms are good, and comfortable. Wifi is decent.

The hotel has clearly seen better days and could use some renovations. The rooftop terrace was off limits, the restaurant was closed and the wellness required a hefty surplus charge of 60 EUR per person, per hour. Archena has a few nice restaurants and bars (do try Dr. Café) but nothing more. We did some nice hiking in the area though and the surrounding villages of Ojos and Ricote are worth a visit.

The man at reception was very friendly and did his best to improve our stay.

As a 4 star hotel many things are missing like you don't have have electric cattle in the room. No personel bar in the fridge. Even not a single water bottle as complimentry or even paid. The breakfast is also OK OK! Not so much options like no boilet egg or omlet ! (as 4 star hotel you should expect more) Even don't have parking private parking! you have to look for the parking on street and on friday the street was completly full. The room aircondioner is always running on 16 degree even you set on display 24 degree.

The location of the hotel is good, too many shops and restaurant for eating outside. The room is ok but the bathroom is very good/spacious.

It seems that hotel management have gotten a little too creative when brainstorming ways to save money. As an example, there is only one sensor next to the elevator that turns on the hallway lights. It is impossible to make it to your room and insert your card before they turn off.

It is convenient if you need to be in the area.
