Smoking area right outside the front door of the hotel didn't give it the best first impression, walking through a cloud of smoke every time you left / entered the hotel, maybe needs moving to around the side of the hotel.

Friendly helpful staff, excellent food and dining area, really good drinks selection, lovely big pool, kids pool in separate area, comfortable, quiet rooms cleaned every day by maids. 10 minute walk into town was nice or 5 mins into Sol Caliu worth a visit.

The room was mainly clean but sheets were very very dirty. We stayed two nights what means housekeeping came in and decided not to change a very dirty sheets even tho they made the room. That was very disappointing, I didn’t want to disturb first night because I noticed too late, but they should have changed at first to be honest. I have worked as a housekeeper too so as I like to make they work easier I like to sleep in a clean room. Otherwise everything seemed pretty clean.

We loved the environment and the staff. They were amazing from the beginning till the very end.

Air conditioning wasn't working in the room, so it was very humid in the room at night. Staff offered extra blankets that kept us warm.

Wonderful staff with loads of enthusiasm when communicating and organising activities. A lot to do for children, recommend for families with children. Very clean pools with lifeguards sitting next to them. Good variety of food and drinks. Nice decor in the hotel, daily maintenance of rooms that kept them very clean. Close proximity to the beach.

The on-site Irish Bar was perfect for us to watch the Rugby. Bar staff especially Tony & Jimmy were excellent and always in a good mood.

Some food wasn't as nice as it looked (scrambled eggs tasted bad, fish overcooked, juices not actually juices but juice drinks) and sometimes a bit cold. The shower tray leaked badly. There's a charge to use the room safe, which is something that would usually be free in hotels.

No iron in the room (only one behind reception that was always out). No hanging rail on the balcony for wet towels.

The hotel was lovely, room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The shower was powerful. Extra pillows etc and plenty of room to hand your clothes. The pool area was really nice and the pool bar served lovely snacks until dinner time. The all inclusive was lovely with plenty of options for everyone.

We enjoyed our stay here as a first timer all inclusive guest. It was a good pick. Everyone was kind and hard working. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable mattress, good sized bathroom, terrace. The food was good, plenty choices, different for lunch and dinner. Really nice pool. Would return without a blink of an eye.

The only down side is the saving of sun beds. If you were not up and out early , you would be unable to get one around the main pool. They have tried to put a 40 minute system in place, but that was very hit and miss. We watched on several days where beds had towels on all day with no occupants until later in the afternoon. We managed on a few of our 10 day stay to obtain a bed by the kiddies pool. This wasn’t ideal for us pensioners, due to the noise, crying, excitement and screaming. Children will be children and were on holiday after all. If was lovely to see them enjoy it but noisy for us. On the days we couldn’t obtain a bed, we went to the beach but ultimately missed lunch, due to our ability to walk back and forth. That said, it would not put me off staying here again but numerous reviews have mentioned the sun bed issue and I guess the hotel need to revise a better system.

After reading some negative reviews, we were apprehensive about our holiday here. On the day we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome from Ricardo on reception. On arriving at out room we were pleasantly surprised. It was more than adequate for all our needs. 24/7 air conditioning which was a godsend. A lovely view of the pool, comfortable beds and very clean. The hotel bar, restaurant and cleaning staff worked so very hard to make everyone’s holiday perfect. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. The All inclusive food was good. A good variety everyday and you would never go hungry. It was a joy to see the children’s smiles at breakfast along with their chocolate mouths after enjoying the pancakes and Nutella. The animation team worked hard to put on a show and there was other entertainment which was good as well. It passed the evenings away. Overall, we had a lovely stay and thank all the staff at Fergus Club who worked so hard it was lovely for us. Well done.

The hotel was clean, lots to do for the children, variety of food and drink (all inclusive), entertainment throughout the day and night for all. For reference we have a 4 and 9 year old and they could both go in the pools and the clubs. They both loved the pool with the slides.

The poor cleaners-work really hard. But I saw them having to clean things they shouldn't have to ( such as ppl leaving sanitary things on the floor in the toilets :( )..... Stains on carpets in the corridors ... As I say not the cleaners fault. They work really hard!!!
