I did not like the fact that additional toiletries (e.g., slippers, bathroom cups, etc.) had to be requested at the reception. It is more pleasant for guests to have all these things waiting in the room. Also, we expected to see some smiles from the girls at the reception, which unfortunately we did not see even once in three days. Actually, they are not rude or unprofessional, but unfortunately, they are not as courteous as we expect from reception staff.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The bed was cozy. Cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast was rich and varied for this price range of the hotel.

The beds gave me some bruises when trying to get around. Also, they were very light, you can't read with your back against the wall, because you immediately push the bed away. Only one chair, which might be a problem if you're not a solo traveller.

Staff was very nice and helpful, the room was spacious enough with a nice view and the breakfast was also varied. Wifi worked well throughout the whole place, and there's also a desk and a chair in the room so you can work if you have to. Efficient cleaning crew, I had to convince them not to change the towels every day. There should be a "green housekeeping" option, especially with water shortages around Barcelona.

Wi-Fi, due to being open and free was quite slow. No toiletry was in the room, not even for the first night, which makes it kind of annoying to have to go down to ask for a toothbrush and similar.

Quick and fast service, nearby supermarkets make purchasing small stuff a breeze.

More information on the underground car park when making the reservation,, i would have paid for parking. Open the restaurant at 1700 ,, i would have eaten then,.

Rooms are large clean and fully air con. breakfast was really nice,, big choice of different foods ,, great coffee. Boiled eggs were wonderful. Wifi was strong and fast. Staff were friendly and super helpful and spoke excellent English. Supermarket 2 min walk away ,, cheap fuel station next door.

On summer days, it would be good to have a small refrigerator in the room, for water or some refreshments.

Mostly everything is at a very high level. The air conditioner is working perfectly. It can be adjusted as needed. A garage is available in the basement of the hotel for €8 per day. Very accessible from the main highway. And there are plenty of free parking spaces in the area. There are supermarkets and a gas station next to the hotel.

Unfortunately the pizza wasn’t the same like last year. Last year it was a fresh made pizza and also fresh made mochito available. Looks like this year was only a pizza from the fridge.
