I hadn't really noticed before but having stayed in a different hotel group room the day after, I found that the IBIS towels are smaller. Whilst they do the job they are intended for it is sometimes nice to be able to 'wrap' yourself in a towel. This isn't possible with the ones available at the moment.

As expected from IBIS the reception was a pleasant experience with nice friendly staff. The hotel was clean and tidy with covid requirements met in all areas. the room was clean and tidy. The bed comfy. Breakfast was good with a fair selection and sufficient.

An excellent location as it is so easy to access the Brittany Ferry Port. A ten minute drive away. We have stayed here en-route to UK and Spain. We travel back and forth to the UK from the Valencia area.

It's convenient for the ferrys , its reasonable in price , it's quiet , can always park the car, it's next to a service station, breakfast is adequate staff are always helpful we have used it for 15 years

This hotel is used by many Brits as it is convenient for the ferry , you would think in this day and age of the 75 channels on the TV one or two would be in English ie BBC news or CNN , you used to be able change the language on dubbed films shows etc but the handsets have very limited applications .

This is like every other Ibis hotel: a sleeping machine. It sets out to do just that, to provide decent accommodation at a reasonable price. Located, as so many, on a trading estate next to a motorway it is easy to find and easy to leave.

Excellent location for ferry back to UK, secure parking, garage next door to fill up before arriving in UK. Close to bus stop for day in Bilboa and large shopping centre just across the road. It also has a good bar and food service.

The shower in the bathroom needed a deep clean around the outside of the base. The inside was clean.

Breakfast was self service very good selection. The standard of the food was good.

Was very surprised at how many guests had dogs , I hope that these have special rooms as I would not book again if I thought my room had had 3 dogs in it .

It is hard to be critical of the hotel as it is a 'budget' hotel and not trying to be anything else. The value for money is good and it does what it says.

We have stayed here many times before as it is close to the ferry port. The area is a little commercial but for one night it was perfect.

Couldnt find Hotel, I telephoned to say sorry we would be late, & were outside Ikea could lady who answered telephone give us directions to Hotel.We had a reservation, but the lady said Hotel was fully Booked, & said she couldnt understand me. I was told to hold, which I did, but after a while no one replied , & the line went dead. I found this rude & frustrating. When we eventually arrived, the young man behind reception was very helpful, & polite. So different.

Good nights sleep, quiet, near to ferry.
