It's always silent and calm. And Natalia gave my daughter an Ibis bear keychain, so that was great also :D. So that gave us hours of playing, and more after we found the first one we thought got lost.

There was a impossibly bad smell in every room. We changed rooms 5 times because of the smell. Everyone was complaining and asking at the reception to do something about the smell. They said it was the rain that caused the odor but that was unacceptable. For that money I expected a way better stay.

I do not recommend it to anyone. The location is awful, in old industrial area. The rooms are so tiny. The shower and toilet are like a wardrobe. There is no hair dryer, no kettle, no glasses in the room - nothing. The washbasin is right in the room next to the bed. There is a common kitchen area in the lobby, but you cannot use it unless you order pizza only at a special pizzeria (apparently, this pizzeria pays some interest to the manager). The manager made a scandal because we used the dishes and ate at the table in this area. He threatened to call the police—it's so illegal to eat at the hotel's table. The service is at level zero.

There is no fridge for clients. Staff stole my groceries that I bought for my kid, so they left us without food on our day of the departure 😞

Our stay was amazing, the room was amazing, they hosted us in the most beautiful way, the rooms are clean, they tidied up the room and changed towels every day, we received guidance from Jose and Jermo every day about the amazing places in the area. The hotel is close to all the important places, the parking of the hotel is amazing, the breakfast is very good and of course the natural orange juice that is squeezed in front of you at breakfast, I will always return to this hotel, thank you for making us enjoy Valencia

There wasn't any hair dryer.

Great localization. Just few minutes to the underground . There is a paid parking lot but you can park for free on the street.Breakfast was simple but tasty.

Beds weren't the most comfortable and our room looked directly into what appeared to be an office building so we had to keep the curtains closed. Water didn't drain out of the shower basin very well either so it was constantly wet.

Good connections to the rest of Madrid via metro and lots of nice places to eat nearby. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. It was clean and nicely decorated. It was simple and small but very reasonable for the price.

High price for such a budget hotel, very small toilet, poor breakfast (there is even no black tea). Overall for 3 nights it was not a comfortable stay.

Its very small place for the price what have paid have got better options in past and breakfast dint have variety and again not comfortable as it was next to the reception. The room was clean but the bathroom again was separate with the shower so was not happy with that. Thank You

They made me book an additional room because of my 10 months baby. I was with my wife and two kids (4 years old and a baby) and they told me that there is a regulation in Madrid where you cannot be 4 people in the same room. I had to put a claim sheet but still had to pay for two rooms, so double of what I booked.
