Service been slow sometimes during pick time but after u can really enjoy ur all Inclusive Holiday. Hard to find it on gps. I have seen reviews but don’t understand negative opinions about the hotel and staff

We stayed with our two boys 5 days and definitely 5* service 5*kid’s entertainment 5* show every night 5* rooms 5* pool area Best All inclusive hotel I had been in Europe. All swimming pool areas + , free room service, big selection of restaurants, hotel is brand new & they keep the high standards on. Amazing staff always happy!

The beach wasn’t great - it was full of stones which made it a bit of an ordeal getting in and out of the water, we had to wear beach shoes which the hotel provided. I prefer beaches to pools so that was a big disappointment for me nothing to do with the hotel though just Mother Nature. I’m relation to eating in the restaurants at night, despite booking for 8-830 the restaurants really close up quite early so in one or two of the restaurants we felt ignored or rushed as kitchen was closing.

Spacious, plenty of pools and well laid out with beautiful landscaping. Staff were so friendly and helpful and we found the food and drinks offering’s fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

The buildings / staircases with the rooms a bit “simple” The terrasse was not useable as you saw and heared the big air conditioning system of the Fresco restaurant (yes “seaview”, but not a nice one)

I had an incredible experience at this all-inclusive resort! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met, providing truly amazing service. The food was absolutely delicious! Additionally, the resort's local drive adventure program added an exciting and adventurous element to my stay, allowing me to explore the beautiful surroundings at my own pace.

Only con is the prices during high season and the anti slip floor at the pool which scratches the skin very bad. And we didn't like the taste of the water in the boxes they provide. The matress wasn't so comfortable.

This is the best it could get. Best team ever at Ikos andalusia. Fantastic food, lovely swimming pool and very nice facilities and food. The room is nice and basic, matress wasn't comfortable for us. Make sure you book and try all the restaurants. We really enjoyed the traditional dance show it was amazing! Also the kids entertainers were very nice. Team at kids club was beyond professional! We felt safe and in good hands. The manager is amazing. A special thanks to Maria F&B manager for making our stay wonderful and Skerdi Bregu which was the best guest relations manager we met. Lifeguard at family pool should get a reward. Service at all the restaurants was fabulous. Eleni the manager of buffet restaurant was very nice as well. I wish I could remember all the names of the team but really, everyone were so nice and polite and well trained. We can't wait to return. I am looking at the photos and jealous of myself.

Loved that nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were very good and highly trained and happy to be there it seems in their jobs so must be well looked after . The cleaning was continuous and the space was plenty!

We went to Tikitano, one of the external restaurants that Ikos provides vouchers for. The service and food was okay, but certainly not as good as the ikos restaurants! We asked for water 4 times and it was never served, and there was also a limit on wine (which wasn’t the case at the Ikos restaurants).

The staff were all brilliant, from reception to restaurant to pool staff. We were initially not happy with our room but the team were quick to resolve this and compensated us for the I convenience. The pool and views were great. All the staff went above and beyond and were polite and welcoming and always seemed happy. We really enjoyed the water sports. The best bit for me was the food, and the variety between the restaurants. To have three courses of exceptional food a day alone makes this place great value for money. Thanks for a great time!!

Public toilets are a bit far from the pools. The resort is really expensive, maybe a bit overpriced as not everything is at a 5 star level yet. We payed around 8000€ for a 10night stay with one adult and two young kids in a junior suite. I miss just little things, replacement of empty showergels/ i miss the luxury products (bath salt/ scrub etc) that you would normally get at a hotel that asks 1grand a night. Also the minibar could offer a range of snacks, maybe some chocolat/nuts or candy. Nothings “bothers” me, its just small things you would expect for this price. Pools open at 9am and close at 7pm. Its not possible to have a quiet early swim. The beach is sandy but rocky, not that nice to walk on.

We stayed here and had an amazing time! Everybody is so kind and makes you feel at home, the whole resort is so clean and so big so i def recommend to stay at least a week to discover all. The pools are excellent for the kids, very safe and clean. The room is clean and spacious enough. The food at the roomservice and at the restaurants is AMAZING good. So much to choose from and just so lovely. The ikos car you can rent for free is good to take a day of the resort and explore the area, same as the service to bring you to the airport. They have a small minimarket with all needs you might forgot bringing, very handy. The breakfast buffet is outrageously good. So much to choose from, prob the best ive seen so far. Lot’s of families/kids and inflatables everywhere, im with kids so im not bothered but i guess as an adult without you could experience it different. Staff is so so so kind, from the gardeners/housekeeping/ lifeguards/waitress , everybody greets you. Poolview room gives you sea view aswell! Nice playground for younger kids at the pool and the lifeguards pay very well attention at everybody. Even in 10 days there is so much more to discover. we had a lovely day and we will come back for sure!

The whole experience was like a dream come true. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and welcomed as family members, it was a warm and polite welcome. The assistant took the time to explain all possibilities offered by the resort. As we had arrived earlier, we were offered lunch at no extra cost. A special mention for the food: top quality.When you hear "all inclusive", it may remind you of hotels where everything was indeed included, but the quality of the food left much to be desired.ty Here, at the IKOS, you are presented with a big variety of starters, main courses and desserts. We have eaten in 4 of their restaurants (Flavours, Oliva, Beach Club and Fresco).Every time, the food was exquisite and the service 5 star. The staff attended to all of our wishes with kindness and speed. The facilities are fabulous, with one interior pool and 7 swimming pools (one for adults only, two for kids, and 4 other, with attendants for the safety of the kids). Each is surrounded by its own atmosphere. The room we had was a 50 sq meter suite, with bath, shower, a bedroom with a kingsize bed, a mini-bar with everything you could possibly want). My wife and I have traveled all over the world and we have yet to remember a luxury resort that could match this experience. Congratulations to IKOS. Keep up the wonderful work.
