We arrived earlier and were told to be informed if the apartment will be available earlier so we waited in the rain outside walking in the city, and when it was close to checking time we went to the office to get tickets and there was lots of people inside so we waited again , the room was already available but nobody gave us a call to tell us about that

General street noise was quiet for a city… however I think the neighbours are residents who have a baby and a toddler, both of which took turns to keep us awake, but don’t let this put you off it’s a great property.

Perfect location, 5 minutes from metro and old town. Clean, modern, lift, all on one level with a lovely sunny balcony.

Immaculately clean, spacious, modern decor, the extras like soap powder, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, toiletries, hairdryer, extensive kitchen ware. The bedrooms were spacious, plenty of storage and the most comfortable beds. The living area was ideal with the very comfortable sofas, upright chairs which led onto the veranda. The veranda was utilised for a fabulous breakfast setting as well as for a nightcap! The location was central to the old town and harbour. Plus thoroughly enjoyed the bottle of wine!!

Problem trying to submit check in form online but reception had no problem checking us in with a very friendly professional welcome Check out at reception was extremely slow at the allotted time of 12midday but pleasant.

Access through the front door was a nightmare. Last day discovered we had a fob rather than having to use the key, this was not explained to us upon arrival. We enjoy cooking kitchen facilities adequate

Everything, the whole experience was perfect, location, comfort, value, all first class. Taxi rank outside was a bonus due to the heat. Supermarket very close. The air conditioning and road noise was minimal, the insulation is fist class, also the balcony was wonderful in the evening.

Keys for main door downstairs and apartment door were a little tricky but once you got used to them it was easy to get in and out. but that’s only a minor thing. Everything was great.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. extremely clean and well appointed flat with some thoughtful touches like a free bottle of wine, some coffee pods and a list of recommended restaurants and attractions. Easy to walk everywhere & close to plenty of restaurants and shops. A nice terrace to sit on with. great view, but a bit noisy during the week, much quieter on the weekend

The 4th person in the shower had to be quick, or they would run out of hot water.

Location was great, apartment was very comfortable, balconies gave us a great view of the city.
