The only thing was the noise outside from traffic ,after all it is a city.

The staff were very helpful, especially the restaurant staff as I am coeliac and needed gluten free food. All other staff were very helpful to us as seniors!!

It’s a converted office block? Some aspects not done well; such as noise attenuation. The drainage in the bathroom is shocking.

Nice staff. Gave us free sea view room when requested! Excellent breakfast and order fresh omelets. Good location to city and beaches and very close to train and bus (less than ten minutes)

Our bedroom had a small window with horizontal shutters. The view was onto the internal courtyard.There are better rooms available with a view. We didn't spend much time in the room so wasn't a big deal.

Breakfast was great. Loads of choice, helpful and friendly staff. The staff facilitated an early check-in which we were pleasantly surprised by. We used the swimming pool every day. It was clean and had cool lights in the evening . The location is fantastic walking distance to the centre, to the port area/ Pompidou Centre and to the beach. Also very near the train station.

Friendly helpful staff. Breakfasts were yummy and we all loved the fresh omelettes. Very clean and the furnishings were great. We enjoyed drinks in the bar in the evening and there were lots of choices at reasonable prices. The swimming pool and wellness area were an added bonus to our stay. This is my second visit to this hotel and I will happily return next time I want to visit Malaga

Some rooms have a seaview but we booked last minute and arrived late so those were not available. Also, the room didn't have a balcony. Otherwise it was great experience!

Exceptionally clean rooms. Very kind and polite staff. Super dog-friendly. They even provided a welcome kit for our dog, including a dog bed and treats. There is a canine dog park nine minutes walk from the hotel. The sauna, Turkish Bath, gym and pool on the 1st floor was very nice.

The breakfast was really great, a lot of food and fruits and everything, and the location was also perfect for us. The room was very clean, well done to housekeeping and the staff everywhere reception,restaurant was really really nice friendly and helpful! Thank you.

Lower lighting in the bar - restaurant area would make it a more restful and inviting space for drinks.

Our second stay of one night and it was as comfortable and pleasant as the first. Spacious room, huge bed, useful kettle and fridge, helpful staff, clean and with very good environmental measures reducing plastic use etc. Very convenient for bus and train station. We just needed one night before our flight but would happily have stayed longer. We seemed to have a very good deal compared with the published room rate.

Beds are great. Rooms fantastic. Harbour side rooms are very noisy and more expensive than the others. Also, no harbour view under the 5th floor because of the trees... Don't choose this option.

Breakfast - as Breakfast was not finished until 10;00, there should have been enough food until that time., but some of the food has ran out by 9;00. The showers in the pool area did not have shampoo or shower gel.

Room was great for 2, location was close to train station but a good walk to town, the staff were great as we left bags all day that we were leaving and there was no issue.

The steam room was out of order in the spa.

Breakfast was superb with a wide range of food to choose from. The room was excellent and the spa was a bonus
