We could have done with some simple instructions next to the microwave and the shutters; we hadn’t come across shutters before and couldn’t work them out. It was very simple once we had been shown how.

It was near the railway station and bus stops and the Luceros tram station was about a five minute walk away. Several supermarkets were nearby. It was on 23rd floor so had lovely views over mountains, city and sea. There was also a little laundry on 2nd floor which was very useful as we were away for 11 days. It was more relaxed than staying in a hotel as we didn’t need to get up at a particular time for breakfast.

My stay at the apartment was exceptional. Its prime location offered breathtaking views and a cozy, stylish interior. The well-equipped kitchen allowed for enjoyable home-cooked meals. Staff were helpful and responsive, ensuring a comfortable, hassle-free experience. Overall, a perfect 10/10 stay, combining privacy, comfort, and stunning scenery.

Sound isolation is a challenge practically everywhere in Spain and this was not an exception. Elevator noise comes through as it is right next to the apartment. For us it was not a big deal though.

Superb views. Excellent location right in the center of Alicante with easy access to all interesting places. This is also excellent location for golfers. It took 15-20 mins to get to nearby golf courses from the city center parking lot. Long stay parking nearby cost only about 60€ per a week. Super helpful and friendly host proactively asking if we need anyting.

We loved the view! The studio is massive and is beautifully decorated. My partner loved the coloured lights. Although I never met Regina she seems lovely. Her communication was brilliant and precise. We have been travelling around Spain on bikes so have stayed in many different apartments and this one is the best!

Fabulous clean apartment with the most amazing views right in the city centre. The apartment has a great shower, and the little kitchen area is just what you need with a good-sized fridge and microwave.. The bed is very comfortable and we got a good nights sleep. Not far from the tram or city attractions and the beach which are all within walking distance. The host is great at answering any queries you may have and is very helpful. She helped us locate locker storage for the day we left sending links to pre book, which was really appreciated. Other people have mentioned the noise from the lifts, and yes, you can hear them going up and down most of the night, but after a full day, you don't notice that much. Overall, we will return and can't recommend this apartment enough. Thank you, Regina, for a great stay.

Everything was great and the best thing was the view, the view was stunning and the location was super convenient, close to everything that a person might need. Although we didn’t meet the host in person, it was always very responsive and nice.

It was windy during couple of days when we stayed, and it was quite noisy in the nights. Whenever you plan trip - check forecast if there's going to be strong winds. I didn't have big problems with that, but if you are a very sensitive sleeper, it would be better to get some earplugs in that case. Bathroom is separated using half-transparent glass. Same thing - wasn't a problem for myself, but might be a problem if you're travelling with a person you don't know too much 😉

Very nice apartment in (or very close to) the center of Alicante. You will have: - all you need for staying on vacation in the apartment itself (fridge, cooktop, kettle, microwave oven, lots of plates, glasses, cutlery ...) - large TV with cool colored lighting on the wall to create a cozy atmosphere - fast access to the transportation (metro and bus stations are within 5 min walking) - sea and beaches within 15 min walking - city center with a lot of restaurants and cocktail bar within 10min of walking - big balcony to chill - beautiful sunset view from the 23th floor

This is a beautifully designed and appointed, immaculate studio apartment on the 23rd floor. The views to the harbour and mountains were amazing!!. It was very comfortable with excellent bed, big TV (with streaming services) comfy couch and swing chair (in addition to the other two chairs) on the balcony. The kitchen was compact but had everything needed to cook a few meals. Location was excellent, being in the city centre, so handy for eats, drinks and shops..walking distance to train and bus station..and the beach and esplanade. The host was excellent..good communication and clear access instructions. Highly recommended

The exterior of the building wasn't very aesthetically pleasing and the lifts took a while (understandable when we were on the 28th floor!)

The door code information was really straight forward and the instructions were clear. Views are fab from the apartment, very central. Very nice to have water & wine for our arrival.
