It was very near a nice beach to walk to. The room is big and clean and has a big balcony. Their staff are super friendly and helpful. We availed of the breakfast and dinner buffet and it was worth it. They have a nice variety of food as well.

The hotel description was mentioning a SpA which instead was closes. The yoga was available only on selected days whilst we were expecting to be able to do it everyday like in other similar hotels. The quality of the tea bags at breakfast could be improved

The room with the garden was the best investment we made among the available options. The room was big but with the dehors it was like having a villa with a view. The breakfast was excellent with variety and quality on all possible choises of food.

This hotel is top-notch. Great location, amazing facilities, super clean, walkable distance to the sandbanks of sotavento. The breakfast buffet was probably one of the best I’ve ever seen. And the bar area was sooooo cozy, just the perfect place to chill out and end the day. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

I can’t really think about anything that I would have wanted differently.

It was a wonderful hotel. The fact that it was adults only was fantastic. The hotel was located in the south where it wasn’t busy with tourists. With the rental car we could get anywhere we wanted to. The food (breakfast and dinner) was very good. Every evening they surprised us with new dishes. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. And they had these amazing live shows every night.

Limited number of parking spaces on the same level as the hotel entrance and a lack of room amenities such as iron, ironing board and tea making facilities however some were provided on request.

This was our second stay. All in all, lovely hotel with good facilities and well appointed rooms. The surrounding landscape is stunning, great views and incredible beaches. The food was all in good order however the labelling could be better. The live entertainment was also very good with a great bar and fantastic views over the wider vistas.

Employees services lacking - needed to ask 3 times to receive water in my room; smoothies are being done with frozen fruits and canned juices on an Island where all are available fresh; most of the stuff not speaking English at all, not being able to respond to basic questions. Please train your stuff, this is unacceptable for a 4-star fully international hotel. Also, having water available all day long would be a good thing. A big plus would also be providing coffee machines to more rooms as other Meliá Hotels already do. The price I have paid requires it. In the end, I did enjoy it and loved the Island. This is just as a feedback for improvement. Thank You! One more thing for fellow travelers - pay attention to transfers as they are not provided by Melia, no support received from their side and I have faced the issue of the Canary Shuttle Services to not come for pick up to the airport! In the end only taxis are the safest there. So expect to pay around 100 EUR per 1 trip to the Airport. Another services which would be great to have available at Melia knowing that it is so out of reach from the Airport.

Upstairs bar was closed during the day - so the only option was to stay by the pool or to get down to the pool and get your drink from there. This was very confusing, bar has great view and comfort, people not into sunbathing would really enjoy that.

Smell in the bathroom, eating options - in the evening only buffet, not even some snacks in the bar. The view from the room - it was supposed to be a sea view. Try to find a see on the picture :) We asked to change the room with one with better view and was talled that there are no available. Then we saw ourself that most of rooms in our type were free, and so did told the online enquiry. That was not nice:(

Nothing really significant, it was an excellent stay, but just a couple of small things - On the first day we had several mosquitos that were inside of the bedroom without opening any windows - This is just a detail, but depending on the location of your room, sometimes it can be a mini-maze to understand how to get around - Wi-fi connection was fine, but sometimes depending on the location had some glitches For sure, will come back to this hotel
