I couldn’t really fault this property only that each day the rooms were cleaned at different times sometimes early in the morning and sometimes in the evening but it’s not a big problem.

the staff were super friendly, the facilities were very good, the rooftop bar/pool area was gorgeous with beautiful views of the bay. each day had a DJ playing good music with really good vibes. breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide selection of foods to choose from and even better it starts from 8-11 (instead of 6am-9am like most hotels) location was perfect situated right on the beach and close to San Antonio.

Good in the Buffett breakfast wasn’t the best and the prices of food and drink to buy was expensive. Also the lifeguard on the rooftop pool was not a people person at all

The lower pool was very shaded behind the building at times so you needed to always move loungers. The rooms were quite small and basic but were always kept very clean so it wasn’t to bad

Our first room Was more basic than expected snd the side sea view was awful as was at the back of the hotel with more of a view over some old flats ! We asked to upgrade which we did paid extra for and got a suite with the best view at the front of the hotel. We had to pay for this extra but was worth it.

The property is very pleasant a few upgrades needed such as the lifts which are really old and one of them is so small it’s extremely claustrophobic! The pool area is nice always beds available and lovely location. Breakfast buffet was really good. Suite was lovely.

For a high rated hotel you would expect super comfort. All around the hotel was extremely comfortable but the bed in the rooms might as well have been made out of concrete . So uncomfortable and only down side to the hotel

Roof top bar and pool was an amazing extra to the already fantastic hotel. Breakfast was very good, all cooked fresh . Rooms were very spacious as we had interconnected rooms. Place was very clean and staff couldn't do enough for you.

Around the hotel outside is a bit grotty and there are quite a lot of rules on certain things that are inconsistent.

Rooms clean and spacious, adjoining rooms meant we had plenty of space. Breakfast is great and we’ll organised not too busy.

Very high price for very basic rooms and a lack of attention to detail. For that level or cost per night we were expecting a bit more (i.e. no drinks are included in the dinner of half board -> not even water), but overall it is OK.

Location next to the sea, beautiful rooftop terrace and very friendly staff. Great for families.
