Great hotel, very modern and stylish. Very comfortable beds, very clean in all areas of the hotel. Great location for everything we wanted to do. Pool area very nice. Breakfasts great. Very good value for money.

The pool was only open 10am to 6pm. This really had an impact on how we planned our day. Staff started clearing up from 5 pm, and we felt like we were being moved along. The whole pool situation was very disappointing.

The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were good and the room was extremely comfortable and spacious. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. Good sized balcony with deckchairs.

The air con in the room wasn’t very effective so getting ready of an evening with hairdryers etc was a sweaty experience!

It was very nicely furnished and clean. The location was great for the time of year we went (start of May) as the 30 minute walk back from the centre of palma of an evening was nice. I can imagine this maybe being too far when the weathers really hot though, but there were lots of taxis available.

Breakfast. Always chaotic. Not laid out very well. Bowls and cutlery not where you’d expect them to be. Only 2 hot drinks machines for the whole dining area which always causes large queues. Plus they frequently break down . Next time we won’t have breakfast we’ll eat out

Neither of the pools were heated and we’re both out of the sun and absolutely freezing!

Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Room was spotless and cleaned daily. Free mini bar is such a good bonus. Great location and short walk to loads of fab restaurants and bars.

Sometimes felt as though the reception staff were looking down their nose at you and didn’t even bother to reply sometimes when we said hello/ bye when nipping in and out. 2/3 days we stayed there were at least 2 security at the entrance and 2 police officers outside, who had large guns. Although this may make people feel safer, we would have preferred to know why this was as it made us feel uneasy why there was so much security. As earlier mentioned rooms were a little tired and we did have several stains on a sheet that was on our bed, we didn’t want to make a fuss of this and instead just removed it from the bed.

Hotel on the whole is beautiful, if I was to stay again I’d opt for a room upgrade as the ‘Innside room’ was a little tired. However, good size and clean. Highlights for us were the pool and bar areas. The staff who covered the outdoor bar/ pool couldn’t do enough for you and were really friendly. Location is good, 20 min walk to the sea front and cathedral area. 40 min walk right into the centre, we didn’t mind this at all. Overall would stay again.

The hotel is great with amazing pool area where you could hipothetically spend your day if this is what you’re looking for. We had a room on the ground floor with direct accees to the pool and I would suggest this upgrade to everyone. The bed is massive and very comfortable as well as the pillows, which is rarely the case in hotels. The staff is very heplful, supportive and kind. There are taxis available most of the times in front of the hotel, but the city centre is only 25minutes away if you decide to walk or 10 minutes away if you decide to rent a bike which is available in front of hotel.

The basic corridors and small lift made it seem like the building was unfinished. If you stay 2 nights you have no room cleaning after 1st night - no clean coffee cups, no bins emptied or beds made. I requested this and the cleaner very kindly did this but very strange that it wasn’t standard.

Lovely restaurant and bar. Breakfast was amazing - so many options. Great pool and sunbeds.
