- bunk beds (not regular 2 floors but 3 floors) - very dirty room, showers etc. - the whole building was under construction - breakfast was included but actually not much to eat (only few paclaged muffins and dry flakes/cornflakes, not anything to drink, no visible milk etc.) - the host did not speak English almost at all

- location - very beautiful stamp for pilgrims - possibility of late check-in

It was regularly noisy from both outside and from the hallway It’s quite a long walk to the areas of interest (near to bus routes though)

They've moved to another location (there's a poster at the old one that redirects you to the new one). English was a problem. No lockers. Not enough electricity sockets in my room. Dirty bathroom. Noisy backyard. Breakfast means some cereals and some pieces of toast. A bit dirty 😖. Not the worst hostel, but definitely my last resort.

Conveniently located. Cheapest in the city. Friendly staff.

The whole hostel needs renovation and regular cleaning. Only one shower and toilet for the whole floor. I recommend to drink a few glasses of wine for a good night's sleep in the hostel bed :D

This hostel was a truly authentic experience. I met my best Camino friends there.

Central location which also meant a lot of noise from the street. Only one toilet/shower on each floor. But you get a really nice stamp if you’re a pilgrim :)

- because of a bad connection in a bus station, I made a mistake by booking the same stay twice ( 3 nights ) , they said they agreed to give me the money back but finally they never gave an answer to my official demand via booking , I texted them again and more than 2 months later I m still waiting for a solution ... I have to admit : I am a bit disappointed... - no plug close to my bed - not an awesome city , not an awesome hostel - no staff ?

Located in the center ( I recommend you to visit the beautiful islands ) , the breakfast , the people in my room , the bathroom , the balcony , the sofa , the boiler , the entrance code , you can leave your luggage for the day ( but not in a luggage room )

Equipment is mainly old. Whole hostel need a renovation.

It is near the city center and Camino path. For one night is ok.

What disappointed me was the lack of hygiene, people there didn't wear masks at all, I gel a little uncomfortable with the lack of mask. The wifi unfortunately wasn't really that good to be honest. Overall the bed was nice and the people very polite and welcoming. 🙂

The toilet is old-fashioned. The charging points are not enough (only two for a room of four). Should bring your own padlock.

This place was horrible. It wasn't clean, there was no hot water to shower in. I didn't stay there because, after walking 27 km, I wanted a good place to rest and have a hot shower.

This place was filthy. I have thrown better stuff away. I was in the top floor. The stairs felt like they were going to collapse at any time. The beds were dirty and the linen doesn't look like it's been washed in a very long time. When I was left alone I immediately booked a room elsewhere and left. There was no way I was going to stay here. I can honestly say I would not home a dog here.

I arrived and there was no hot shower, the owners didn't solve it! The house is a total mess, I didn't even get to rest and sleep! The property is old and is not prepared to receive guests!

Amazing staff, super helpful friendly and definitely improved the experience. Good kitchen, well fitted out. Very basic rooms. Bathrooms could be improved but we’re cleaned daily. Better than I’d expected, but still need a bit of work (which is underway currently). Overall would stay again-

I booked here by chance and ended up with my best stay on my Camino. The stuff is very friendly and helping, the place has such an atmosphere that I felt like I was welcomed in someone's home and I received the most unique most beautiful stamp in my pilgrim passport ever. Not to mention the location, everything is very close here.

I stayed in the new location. It even smelled of fresh paint! The staff were very welcoming and the beds were comfortable. Location was also close to the main street and the Camino.

Just before arrival we were notified that we were being moved to a different building due to renovations going on in the original building. At first we were excited viewing it as some sort of upgrade. To our dismay we arrived at a building with the address of Manual Nunez 22, Vigo that could be described as nothing less than a dangerous construction site. There were tools, building materials and dust everywhere, ceiling panels hanging, wires and fitting off the walls. If we had not paid upfront we would have turned around and not stayed there. Furthermore, there appeared to be drunk or high people passed out on sofas in the so-called living area. The triple bunk beds had no protection from falling more than 2 meters from. The kitchen was so unsanitary we deemed it impossible to eat the "included breakfast" which was a couple of choices of cereal. We were so unhappy and anxious in the accommodation we left at 7 am and only returned to sleep at around 11pm, due to the anxiety and stress the accommodation caused us. The building was awful and not fit for purpose, in its current state it is dangerous and should not have guests staying there.

The only small good thing was the location, close to the centre.

The place was not the place advertised. In a message after booking they advised me to go to a different place - surely they should set up a new listing instead? This place was under construction, bathrooms were not fully functional and bad smells, the rest of the place was a building site. Staff were friendly but spoke no English, not even "room" or "bed" which I had to teach him in Spanish... Ultimately a bit of a bait and switch, which was not appreciated. Other guests were quite noisy and disruptive - they weren't advised to keep it down and lights off after 11pm for example

Beds were fine, as long as you get to choose which one you sleep in in your room.
