We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsDifficulty to drink water without having to pay each time! Apart from the 1 complimentary bottle when you check in you have to always pay for this, and it's recommended that you don't drink the tap water, which made the bottled water issue much more annoying. You could set up a filtered water station in the restaurant area easily, just felt like an easy way to make money from guests to not do this. Additionally when we tried to get clean pool towels we were told at the spa that there's only 2 days a week you can change towels (?) that was confusing, as a luxury hotel those kinds of measures just take away from the experience.
Beautiful resort, we visited at the start of the season so it was super quiet but also a little too cold to enjoy the pool faciltiies.Would highly recommend based on the location and proximity to the beach. The beach club is a huge win and I can imagine in the summer months what a big bonus the pool facilties and chairs are. In case it's not clear, the beach is across the road from the hotel. We also had spa treatments that were amazing.

United KingdomThe 1st night was lovely with some live music in the bar, but that was the only entertainment for our 4 night stay. The location and hotel didnt offer much to do in the evenings or when the weather was bad so we felt a little lost unless we left the complex to find things to do.
The hotel and staff were 5 star. Lovely welcome and friendly throughout. The spa was a lovely place to escape and relax. The pool areas were also very relaxing with plenty of options to sit in the sun and shade. The perfect place to recharge your batteries.

United StatesThe music in the bar and throughout the property was odd. Strange remixes and kind of melancholy. Kind of sleepy. Didn’t meet the vibe of the island and wasn’t upbeat. Didn’t make me want to hang out. I understand not wanting to be like a club, but it wasn’t enjoyable or fun. Also it would have been great to have a more heated pool or hot tub outside. While the staff was friendly, it would have been nice to have a concierge or people who were more knowledgeable to help make restaurant recommendations and reservations. When we asked people at the desk they said they were not from there an didn’t know where we could eat. Same when we asked about a winery, and potential boat/paddle boat rental. They couldn’t direct us to options so we just googled it. Not a huge complaint just an observation. It was overcast two days and not warm enough to stay at the hotel, so it would have been great to get more information from the staff for potential activities for those days beyond what we could google.
Great views. Lovely pools. Nice location. The spa was amazing. Marta was wonderful. Also enjoyed the indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Very revitalized from the stay. Jorge from the bar and restaurant was amazing and so was the staff at the bar near to ocean/pool. I also enjoyed sunrise yoga.

Even better than it looked on the pictures. Great service from the staff and just a great location. Breakfast was lovely with lots of options and cava. The spa facilities were lovely and clean. The fact that there is a Cala (beach Cove) right next to the hotel is a big bonus - you really don’t need to leave the hotel

LuxembourgHotel was more than amazing, place to be! Minor things that the hotel could improve: - Spa could be a little bigger especially more spaces to lay down. And Hammam could be better/renovated and more design. - Hotel bar is a little too modern which makes it a little cold'ish to my taste. - The drying rack on the terrace could be better and bigger. - Pillows could be a little more comfy especially for during pregnancy.
All was great, honestly it felt like a hotel that definitely deserve a fifth star! For the ones that know how 5 star resorts used to feel like 15 years ago, that feeling of calmness, easiness, and customer service everywhere you go, this is the place to be. Did not know we still had hotels that actually know what they are doing. Staff is extremely friendly and know about customer service, even the cleaning staff in the morning will all greet you very nicely when passing by going to breakfast. Rooms are creative, quiet, nice, clean, and spacious enough. Sea view is great. Spa is warm, welcoming, nice in colder times of the year but a little small. Parking available. It's super clean, imagine the staff was cleaning the top of the umbrellas at 7 in the morning. Then there is yoga at the beach in the morning, it's all so peaceful and calm. Hairdryers are great, minibar actually contains fresh drinks. Beach is small thou and can become crowded very quickly but beach bar with swimming pool is really nicely located and spacious same for the main pool on hotel premises. Keep in mind it will be mostly couples that you will meet here.
