Excellent, relaxing resort which you won't need to leave to enjoy your holiday. Food was great, staff were great, spa treatments were amazing and the location was perfect.

Beds were not most comfortable for me, but it's only me.

My wife and I had an awesome time staying at the hotel. Staff was great, helpful, friendly and simply amazing. The food was great for a buffet, far better than I had expected (both breakfast and dinner). Facilities at the hotel were great, SPA, swimming pools, and access to the beach. Really liked that the hotel took care to counter those that tend to 'reserve' sunbeds by leaving their towels and buggering off until lunch time, kudos for that, it helps everyone get some quality sun bathing time. Overall, enjoyed my stay very, very much.

I can't think of a single thing...

The breakfast and dinner buffets were the best I've had in my life. Dinner changed daily but kept staples so always something for everyone. Breakfast was every choice imaginable and perfect. We never had to eat except breakfast and dinner.

It would be nice to have a foot bath when leaving the beach and returning to the hotel.

This just has to be the best place to take a break on Mallorca, everything was perfect, the staff are amazing, friendly and welcoming, thoughtful and truly made our stay awesome. The perfect location for a break without children, calm and quiet, relaxing was easy. The food was excellent, best breakfast ever, evening buffet is outstanding. I have no complaints whatsoever, instead I only have complements. Worth every penny.

Everything. Beautiful facilities, amazing room with private pool. Super clean and updated. Staff was incredibly friendly and made for one of the best hotel/experiences we have ever had. Gym was great and the food was amazing. Huge selection and very tasty. We will definitely be back and would recommend it 100% to anyone!!

Amazing facilities. Never had to wait for a sun lounger. It is complete rest and relaxation vibes. In a very good location. Close to all the hustle and bustle but quiet at night time!

It was difficult to get sun beds by the beach pool on most days, even though we tried going there at opening time. In general, I think the pool areas would need more sun loungers given the capacity of the hotel.

The hotel, pools and the spa area were nice and clean. The staff we interacted with were friendly, attentive, helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner service, there were enough options to choose from.

We felt it lacked a bit of atmosphere. The music around the pool only sometimes played, and when it did it was pretty quiet and the songs were just covers, not originals. We got one of the select rooms which were nice enough, but for $500 + AUD per night we expected a little more. We’ve stayed in much nicer hotels / rooms throughout our trip for much cheaper. As others have said, it’s near impossible to get a sun bed by any of the pools unless you broke the rules and went early in the morning to save your spot by laying a towel down. The hotel does have a rule against this but it didn’t seem to be followed at all, we got to the pools at 9am (an hour before the pool actually opened) and there were no free sun beds.

The property itself is lovely and modern, the pool areas were nice also. The breakfast and dinner service were pretty good and the staff working throughout the services were nice and friendly. The gym and spa area was lovely too!

Location was absolutely stunning. The beach bar and pool are perched on a little cliff right above the most incredible cliff - so beautiful that we didn’t even bother looking at the other pools.

Bathroom without the door - the smell from the shower and sink goes into the room. Too little sunbeds around the pools. The towels should be renewed - they are outdated.

Nothing to complain

Super friendly staff. Food was just great with a lot of diversity. The fitness gym on point with multiple types of equipment. We will definitely come back in the next years.
