We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FOOD WAS EXCELLANT, LOVERY WALK THOUGH PINE TREES TO GET TO THE BEACH AND ONLY TAKES A FEW MIN,S LOUNGING AROUND THE POOL. STAFF WERE OUTSTANDING, COULD NOT HAVE DONE MORE. THIS WAS NOT A ONE OOF AS WE HAVE STAYED THERE MANY TIMES BEFORE. THIS YEAR AS IT WAS MY 60th BIRTHDAY, LAST YEAR IT WAS FOR WEDDING ANN AND ALL THE OTHER TIMES JUST TO SPOIL ARE .SHELFS

Room very good - clean and large Beach very good - chairs and nice bar. Wish the bar had stayed open later than 7pm Pool beautiful. Downside to this hotel is that there are no bars or restaurants outside. The hotel offers all inclusive but only one buffet restaurant and one smarter restaurant that you can book once a week but offers the same food as the buffet

Location great and free street parking from the middle of September. Hotel first class.

PortugalThe hotel was not overly big so there is not a lot of confusion, it was easy to get a lounger on the pool and meal times were also easy. The breakfast was very good with a big selection. The activities and instructors were fun. The hotel has direct access to the beach that is not crowded since mostly people staying at the hotel go there. The location of the hotel is also pretty central but peaceful.

IrelandThe only mix up I had was over the use of the Beds by the pool. I was not informed that they cost extra to use them - versus the standard sun chairs - though I am sure it was in the information or app - I just did not get to check it. It was a little embarrassing to have someone come up to me and tell me when I was using it rather than maybe have been told in advance as I would deem this basic important information. Though the person who notified me was polite all the same.
Overall I loved the Hotel. Staff were really nice. Lovely facilities and the gym was lovely as well. Very clean rooms and food was great. One of the ladies on Reception (Blonde Haired lady whose name I can't remember) was particularly helpful and even walked with me to a parking machine to help me pay a fine when I couldn't figure out how to do it. I really appreciated that very much and very unusual for someone at reception to be that helpful.

LithuaniaThe insinde interior is old fashioned needed to be renovated. As it is claimed a 5* hotel the staff should be more attentive specially during the arrival of guests. They should take the luggadge to the room and the process at the reception should be more smouth. It was not bad but just not 5* stervice at all.
Nice location just on the Atlantic beach. The best maintained pool what I saw during the 2 weeks atound Andalusia. Beautiful garden and the way to the ocean. Not crowded. The staff at the bar was nice and attentive. The rooms are spacious with a beaudiful view.

PortugalSome of the staff members were not nice at all, in fact even a bit rude, mainly one from the pool bar. To get scrambled eggs at breakfast you had to wait on a cue, instead of putting them in a shelve in a way that you can take it easily. Contradictory informations from the members of the staff, depending on who you spoke to. On doing the check out we were given a card so that we could use the “all included” because it was still 1h to the limit. When we ordered our drinks, the waiter asked us to do it in a different place because we wanted to get the drinks and take them to the table, so we had to wait a bit longer, again. Happened we ordered our drinks at 12:04 (4 minutes after the limit time for the “all included”), they took surely at least 20 minutes to get out order, and than wanted to charge us. For sure a place not to comeback.

FinlandUnfortunately, the problem we personally found with the hotel has no solution and is its design and distribution. - The rectangular pool with three rows of chairs makes you feel like you are on a walkway under observation all the time since you arrive with no other option way to avoid it . Most are people over the age of 65 and are probably naturally drawn to the younger few. - The surroundings outside the hotel are not beautiful at all. - Arriving and parking by car is unconfortable and for a 5-star hotel the paid parking is very small and a bit expensive. - In our case, getting to the room takes several minutes from the lobby. - The colors of the bathroom very overwhelming (I'am a designer) - Unfortunately, this is a cultural problem in many hotels in Spain, but for a 5-star... The people who work, especially in the restaurant, don't understand that they talk loudly among themselves and also about their personal problems, even though they think no body understand the language (not my case). This is a bit uncomfortable.
