There is always room for a small kettle for tea. This was the only thing missing in the room. But reception was very kind in providing a kettle, milk and cups.

Breakfast was perfect with a good variety of choice. Times were well with in our schedules. The location of the hotel was excellent near the metro which we used all the time.

bar and restaurant only seems to be available from 1pm to 4pm which is strange given most people in Madrid eat late, although nice cafe and Tapas bar outside of the hotel

The floor tiles in the bathroom were not well fixed and it felt they would break when we stepped on them.

We visited the stadium of Real Madrid, and the hotel is very well located for this purpose. It also has a metro station just 100 metres away, so it is very easy to travel downtown. Connection to airport by metro is also straightforward.

It's a pity that they don't provide a single cup of coffee for free although there is a coffee maker in the room. Overall, they pretend to pay attention to sustainability, but then the coffee machine in the breakfast room is also using capsules, which produce a large amount of waste.

Located closely to subway station Quatro Caminos and a bus station with direct busses to the university. Nice, clean and comfortable room. Good windows, so it was still calm inside despite outside traffic. Breakfast was ok, but not outstanding.

Nothing! Everything was wonderful!! The location was close to everything and it was very easy to navigate the train. There were a couple of grocery stores close by and a great breakfast cafe a couple of doors down.

Excellent room, enough space for me and my brother. Our room faced a nice view of the city and I loved the small balcony! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing stay, lovely room, very clean and spacious. The location is veeeery convenient right on the metro and close to nice neighbourhoods on foot. Very well connected to the airport and all main attractions. I will definitely go back there next time I visit Madrid. I didn't try breakfast, but there are nice options nearby.

Great location. Only steps from the Metro, making it easy to explore the city. We also chose this location because it is close to where our daughter is staying during a study abroad semester. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly and spoke proficient English. We did not opt for the included breakfast so I can't speak to that. In general, we had a great stay!

Very nice hotel next to a big metro station (Cuarto Caminos) which communicates well with the city. Breakfast is great, personel very helpfull, very nice arrangement of interior design.
