they charged me €5 for coffee pods for the nespresso machine in the room. at least coffee and milk should be complimentary when you are paying €150 per night

The breakfast was a bit pricely compared to other places in the area/options. Would have liked to eat there more and be able to relax in the hotel in the mornings, but felt I needed to get out in order to find a more affordable breakfast.

It was a lovely place -- nicely appointed, clean, spacious, good lobby sitting for work as needed.

The staff are very helpful and provide their service with a smile. The rooms have a range of amenities (bath robes, slippers, vanity kit etc.) and are spacious.

Shower is inside the bath, it is not slippery at all but still it is nicer if they are separate. Beds were rather hard. We chose not to have breakfast included as we thought €15 per person is a bit much.

Hotel is conveniently located very near metro station Cuatro Caminos. Reception is friendly, rooms have a luxurious feeling with the usage of marble stone. Beds were wider than normal, that was very nice. Shower works good, with adequately high water pressure and temperature possible. Hardly any noise audible at all

The breakfast could've had a couple of more veg/vegan options, like potatoes, mushroom, beans, etc. And for a 4 star hotel, they could've thrown in a pair of those cheap slipper for the room, as well as a bottle or two of water.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful--great customer service. The location was OK, there were enough restaurants nearby for a good variety to choose from. The beds were comfortable and the little mini balcony was nice for some fresh air. The breakfast had nice options, with a variety of fresh cut fruit and juices, as well as soymilk for us vegans/non milk drinkers.

The location was perfect, for the airport and access to Madrid. The bed was very comfy and I have a back problem, so was perfect. The staff were very friendly, and were life savers as I forgot my plug adapter, I did have to give them 10 euros and I got my money back when I returned the plug, understandable in case anyone steals them. I am a solo traveller and I found it safe, there is a huge 247 supermarket just around the corner, couple of dodgy characters but again I felt safe. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is fantastic - we booked 3 rooms all very comfortable and perfect location to the metro - walking distance to the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu ( about 15 minutes ). Staff in the hotel always greeting you with a smile every time you walk through reception. My second time in this hotel would return again.

Super convenient location next to cuatro camino metro which takes you literally everywhere in Madrid. A 24/7 h supermarket next to it with other convenient restaurants nearby. All staff super nice and friendly. Good value for money and decent rooms with a cleaner coming daily

The local is amazing. It is a 3-minute walk from the subway station. Within 5-minute walk, there are a lot of bars, supermarkets, restaurants and shopping centres. The hotel is quiet and the decoration is traditional and beautiful. The daily cleaning service was well done and very much appreciated.
