Czech Republic35 reviews3 helpful votes“Great location, enough space for 5 people”It's not a defect, it's a feature. The upper floor has a lower floor height in one part, but it is not a problem for guests up to 180 cm (so I really had no problem).
The location of the apartment was absolutely brilliant. It's on the ground floor. It's obviously some kind of storefront. There's a lot of cafes on the street, Konzum (supermarket), a vegetable shop. It's close to the centre and especially to Turia Park. Sisa was a great host. Everything you need is available in the apartment. Even a blanket for the beach. When we asked to borrow some more badminton rackets, she lent them to us, along with other equipment. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!

- smooth communication and check-in - location was perfect. We did (with 3 kids 4-11 years) all our sights by walk or by bikes - free parking option - clean apartment - very friendly hostess

Sisa and her Husband Joseph - are lovely. They met us at the property and gave us the tour of the house before handing over the keys. They are proud of the property and should be - its everything as described and more. They even went out of their way to purchase a stroller for our little girl. The amenities are new, the beds are comfy and the location is very good. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Location is excellent. Steps away from market, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, public transportation, playground… It is well positioned for to reach central area on foot. Good internet. Hosts are kind and welcoming. We would come again.

Belgium14 reviews“Absolutely great appartment for a family or friends”If it wasn’t for the sounds that come from the neighbours, we would give a 10 for staying in the appartment. The sounds are not from the people’s voices but from the pipes above or next to the appartment (we think). If you’re a good sleeper, and you go to sleep late- not a problem! But if not, it’s good to have earplugs with you.
The appartment is spacious, kitchen very well equipped has everything you need and more. You can eat from the floor so clean! Enough beds to make everybody happy, 2 toilets, two bathrooms (one little with shower). Owners very very nice and helpfull. Quiet Neighbourhood, very unusual for a city.

The host (Sisa) met me at the property despite our flight being delayed. She was super helpful in getting us settled in and explaining the set up. Her restaurant and bar recommendations were excellent and made the weekend. She was available to help us on WhatsApp 24/7 too which is amazing !

Nice neighborhood, giving you a real sense of the Valencia city life. The apartment is of excellent choice, modern and super clean. We loved the high ceilings and the tasteful design. The host is one of the nicest we have met. Warm, welcoming and flexible. We had our children of age of 13 with us and they also loved the place.

Good location, 10 minutes walking to old town, very friendly landlord with good recommendations for food, very clean, convenient for many people cause it has 2 bathrooms, nicely decorated.
