You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe had an inner room that faced a quadrangle of other rooms. I would request an outer room if I returned. Would have liked tea/ coffee in the room. The hotel apparently supplied complimentary coffee in reception or upstairs but it never seemed to be there when we were.

Excellent central location with good parking facilities within a short walk. Fantastic rooftop restaurant with wonderful views looking out to sea serving superb food at very reasonable cost - worth reserving a window table for an extra special experience. Very welcoming, pleasant & professional staff. All in all Hotel Javea exceeded our expectations and confident to highly recommend it.

SpainA comfortable double bed, several pillows and big cushions for lounging on the bed, a clean and accessible shower en suite. Perfect location. We spent a while in the room and had the do not disturb note on the door, and there was no disturbance but just a pre printed advisory that they had respected our privacy and if we did need fresh towels etc, to contact reception. Relaxing and eco-friendly.

United KingdomMy room on the 4th floor was below the restaurant and not realising this, on my first night I thought someone was re- arranging it. The booking stated that the room overlooked a courtyard when all you actually saw were windows above you, below you, at either side of you all facing each other.
I was visiting family so the location was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable and adequate for what I needed. The views from the restaurant were beautiful overlooking the harbour and the breakfast was fabulous. The staff were really lovely.

SpainI had some problem in the lobby with my heavy lugagge because there is no ramp but well, it was only two steps and could manage well.
I did not know this hotel and just booked in the last moment, so when arrived and could see the amazing views to see and the perfect location at 2 minutes from the beach I could not believe how lucky I was. Once set in my room I when out for a walk and found lots of people relaxing in the beach even it was winter but with the soft and warm weather it is very welcoming. At night a wide range of nice restaurants complete all my wish and went to sleep absolutely delighted.
