We stayed here for the second time (the first time we were with children and the second time with friends) it suits two categories. Luxury villa, everything is clean and comfortable. Feels like being at home. The owners are very wonderful people. We will definitely come back here again. Highly recommended! Thanks a lot Juan and Angelo!

A superb apartment with great space including two outdoor terraces. The bedrooms are a good size, a spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen. The hosts Juan and Angelo are brilliant as well which is important. This was our second visit and we already have our next one booked 👍

The apartment was in the flight path of the airport with fairly constant traffic through the day. Very few flights between 10 - 8am though so not a significant problem.

Spotlessly clean. Well appointed apartment with lovely outdoor areas and easy access to communal pool. Friendly and helpful host. Air con in both bedrooms and sitting room. Well stocked mini-market less than 5 mins walk and some lovely restaurants in walking distance.

Tastefully presented with modern decor and equipment. Immaculately clean. Juan was an excellent host who was quick to communicate before and during the stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his English is very good. Great facilities below the apartment with clean pool and Waterfall Bar, excellent outside space with front and rear patio areas and a few minutes walk to local amenities. I highly recommend to you and look to book again in the near future.

There was nothing not to like!

This is an excellent apartment, and Juan and Angelo are wonderful hosts. The apartment is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and very tastefully decorated. With air conditioning and fans in the lounge and bedrooms you could always be perfectly comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, with everything you might need for your stay. The front patio gets the sun first thing in the morning, and the very large terrace at the rear, with its four sunbeds and a dining table, gets the sun almost all day, though it is thoughtfully arranged so that you can also be in the shade if you want! On arrival, there was a welcome pack (bowl of fruit, water, teas, coffee, sugar) waiting for us in the kitchen. We were met by Angelo on our arrival. Juan was unable to be there, but called in the following morning to check that everything was ok, and that there was nothing else we needed. Throughout our stay they unintrusively ensured that we had everything we needed. Juan and Angelo are very kind and considerate people - nothing was too much trouble. Their thought and attention to detail has really made this apartment a home from home. Thank you, Juan and Angelo, for a marvellous holiday! We are looking forward to next year!

Nothing really, the apartment had everything you would need and very close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

Juangy"s apartment was excellent, had everything you needed.Had good decor too. The apartment was very clean and the bed and pillows were very good quality. The owners were very attentive and if you had a question they would attend or call with an answer straight away. Would book this apartment again.

Juan and Angelo were amazing hosts!! Nothing was too much trouble for them. We were welcomed by both shown round the apartment and given our keys. Apartment is so spacious, beds really comfortable. We were given a plate of fruit. There is a lovely terrace out the front which was so nice to sit and have coffee first thing in the morning. The rear of the apartment has an amazing private sun terrace which gets the sun from about 10am. There is a bar directly below, we loved people watching. Don't worry about noise as it closes quite early. There is a supermarket quite close which you can walk to and an Irish Bar and Winter Gardens Bowling. We will definitely be back!!!!

Underneath the flight path!

Juan and Angelo were excellent, friendly hosts and the modern, stylish apartment had everything that we needed including a lovely bowl of fruit on arrival. Good wifi, pool, terrace and great location to walk to Amarilla Golf and Golf del Sur courses.

Absolutely nothing! Not even the fact that Golf del Sur is directly under the flight path to Tenerife South Airport, if anything the planes coming in was a permanent reminder you were on holiday.🤣

WOW. Absolutely stunning apartment in Golf del Sur; from the moment we were greeted by Juan and Angelo and stepping into the apartment we knew we had hit gold. The apartment is immaculate in both comfort,facilities and cleanliness,especially cleanliness; it comprised of 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite) a lounge diner with a large L shaped sofa that comfortably accomodated the 4 of us (all adults) a lovely functional kitchen with both dishwasher and washing machine, my missus particularly enjoyed making fresh orange juice with the juicer every morning for Breakfast! It had a huge balcony that directly overlooked the pool and the Waterfall bar ( don't be put off by the proximity to the bar downstairs, the music finished every night by 9:30-10, and some evenings we ate outside on the balcony and were serenaded by the downstairs entertainment 😀) Juan and Angelo were the most attentive of hosts, checking regularly if we needed anything ( clean sheets, toilet rolls etc) you can see the love and attention to detail they have put into their apartment. We WILL be back next year!

Everything was what we needed do nothing not to like

The property was very spacious and well equipped. With two terraces it jeans you can have sun at all parts of the day and the Las Adelfas complex is nice and quiet. Both bedrooms are comfortable and well maintained. The walk in showers in the on-suite and the second bathroom are great. The combination of a/c and Bombay Fan in all rooms is excellent as you can choose what is right. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need NCP using job, oven, microwave, nespresso, washing machine and dishwasher. Excellent pool area with a vibrant bar. I also like that the entertainment was early evening and the bar closed at 10 pm meaning quiet and peaceful at night. Juan and Angelo are brilliant hosts. They take the time to check everything is OK during your stay and whatever you need they sort quickly. We have already rebooked and look forward to our return

Perfect, calm place, great apartment. Comfortably furnished, 2 spacious and cozy terraces, 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, great pool area and very hospitable owners.

If you want to be in the midst of things, this is not where you want to be. It's in a very calm part of the island. Of course, it is right beneath the flight path to the airport, so during the day (up until 23:00 hrs) lots of planes come right overhead. I wasn't too bothered by it, but others might be.

Really nice and comfortable apartment. It is very well equipped and very clean. The owners were very responsive and super helpful. It is close to some mini-supermarkets. The restaurants are a bit further out, like 15 minutes walking. The parking was super easy. The pool was very nice to have closeby.

This was the cleanest apartment we have stayed in. The apartment had everything you could possibly need. The bed was comfortable. The aircon was in both living area and bedroom. There was an Amazon Firestick. It felt like home.

Everything was amazing! We stayed in the small apartment upstairs. It was very clean, very nice decorated, everything is new, you have everything you need: toaster, microwave, coffee machine, dishes, pots for cooking, parking space in front of the apartment or down the street. The pool is also amazing, with sunbeds and umbrellas, it is not heated but in october it was not a problem. Juan and Angelo are great people, they welcomed us with a fruit basket and a small hand written note. The apartment is very close to the airport, during the day you can hear and see the airplanes flying very close to you (we liked that) but during the night it was quiet. The view from the little terrace in front of the apartment is amazing. You can see the ocean a little and the street with palm trees, colourful flowers, small-cozy houses...During the night the street lights create a very nice atmosphere. Oh and the silence...I could have stayed there all day. We will definitely come back next year! Thank you again Juan and Angelo!

Everything was just perfect. Starting from the location and ending with the most friendly host we ever seen. The apartment is clean, beautiful, with all of the stuff a person can need. We sincerely enjoyed our vacation in this apartment. It’s a 10+/10.

Nothing inferior or negative about this place. The only thing is that airplanes fly close during daytime approaching the airport runway however no flights, no noise during the night, so eventually not a nuisance at all.

Juan is a perfect host, helpful, very polite, friendly, very attentive to details. On arrival there is a complimentary fruit basket for you. I had my birthday whilst there, and in the morning a nice gift was at the door, Juan did not knock on the door so as not to disturb us. No request from us left unanswered and unresolved. Cleanliness is impeccable, absolutely fresh, good smell, bathroom is in perfect state. You are given a key to the poolside area, as this has restricted access so there is no crowd, you always get a sunbed, the pool is huge and very pleasant, literally 30 seconds walk from the apartment. Pharmacy, Doctor, Supermarkets, Bars and Restaurants are in walking distance.

There was only one small negative, if you can call it that. It was a good 20 minutes walk to the main restaurant areas, but the taxi was only about €5, so it wasn’t an issue for us.

The apartment was fantastic with everything that we needed. The terrace, which overlooked the pool, was large with sun-beds, as well as a dining table and chairs.The resort was good with two pool areas and the bar restaurant was very good with entertainment and friendly helpful staff. We were met on arrival by the owners and given a tour of the apartment. Juan and Angelo came to see us the following morning to check that all was well. They were the loveliest people and they kept in regular contact with us throughout our stay to check that all was well. We would love to visit this apartment next time we’re in Tenerife.
