It was a bit tricky to get to the apartment. It doesn´t have a reception in the building. There is a doorbell at the main entrance (when you find it :), but it doesn´t lead you to the apartment, so you must contact the management directly. It is relatively easy to hear the noise from the other rooms, but it is not so bad.

Nice room, very comfortable, light, clean, with big balcony. The bed was also comfortable. You can use the kitchen and garden. There is a supermarket in the same building. I was disappointed that it was just an overnight stay, and I had to leave very early for my flight. The staff was friendly and provided the necessary information. Communication with the management was also without any problems. Wi-fi worked perfectly.

You can hear your neighbors if they speak loudly. But most of the time people are quiet.

Nice room and friendly staff. Close to bus station, so it's convenient to go to city center. The room is super tidy and comfortable, with a lovely balcony. The room is not very big, but it is well-equipped and enough for a single people to live. I like the smell and decorations.

The girls in the next room had the fake impression they were alone in this world and kept talking loudly at night, slammed doors etc. But then again, this isn't the host's fault nor do they have the responsibility to educate a certain category of people.

Very nice and friendly host, really nice apartment and good neighbourhood. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, there were toiletries and fresh towels available. The room had a wonderful terrace, where one could enjoy their morning coffe or breakfast.

Great place! A short walk to a metro station, a grocery store in the building, nice bar a building away. Had some minor struggle with a check in, as we had to make a call from downstairs and the receptionist found it hard to understand my name (no issue, I have a very Slavic name so I know it's a bother :D ), but the person who let us in and welcomed us was beyond lovely. The room was clean, there was a fresh set of towels and nice cosmetics. Absolutely wonderful balcony in my room and in (very nicely equipped) kitchen.

This property has nice features. Quiet, clean and well decorated. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need, including seasoning and cooking oil, etc. It provides tea and coffee. There are also some apples. The owner, Jose, he was really friendly, and the check-in process was smooth. There was a nice terrace as well. And working desk was very useful as well. One of the best apartment I stayed.

Very nice staff, easy to connect with if customer has any questions, even the staff is not onsite. Service is provived also in English. Nice terrace with a rain cover. I also liked the shared kitchen and the facilities (Great variety in the grocery store next door, if you want to get quick meal) This was perfect location to stay close and to visit hospital (opposite of Kentia Rooms) during several days, while my family member was hospitalized.

Only minor issues: The kitchen would benefit from a dish towel (but I guess most of the guests don´t use the kitchen). You need to know that you are not right in the city centre. Yet, the bus stop is super close and buses run frequently. The trip to the city takes about 15 min. You need to be aware that there might be other people in the unit, unless you book all four rooms at once.

Really nice rooms with spacious teraces and a fully equipped kitchen for all tennants with a patio. We used one of our terraces to have breakfast outside and enjoyed this extra space very much. Pedro is very friendly and attentive and replies promptly. The rooms are equipped with everything you might need, including air condition and hair dryer. The location is super close to a taxi stand or the bus stop to take you to the city centre and you can store your luggage if needed. Excellent price performance ratio! Highly recommended!

The only minus was that that I had to wait in fornt of door before check in for somebody to bring me a key. It is a good idea to inform beforehand when are you planning to arrive. There were small ants in the room and bathroom, not big issue but better to not keep food in the room.

The terrace was awesome, perfect to sit and drink coffee at morning or chill at evening 😊 The room was clean and nicely decorated. Air conditioning was working perfectly. There is also a shared kitchen which allows preparing meals. I really enjoyed my stay 😊 Location was a bit far from the city center and beach but connection with buses was good.

The room was very clean and prepared perfectly. The room size was good. The room has a perfect balcony, you can enjoy. The staff was really helpful and they were ready even though we came around 22.00. The kitchen is shared. Close to metro station, around 5 minutes walking distance. There is a supermarket under the building. I really recommend to stay there, if you plan to come to Malaga.
