I would have liked the bedroom to be closed with a door.

The accommodation looks exactly as in the pictures, it is centrally located, close to public transport, the central square, bars, restaurants or the pedestrian area. The reserved apartment is on the ground floor with windows facing the street but without being disturbed by noise.

The couch was very very uncomfortable. The kids bearly managed to sleep in it, complaining each moment. If 2 adulds would have slept there i'm sure the couch would break. The owner should definitely change that couch.

It was very close to Central Market. Very easy to get to any part of the city.

The whole experience, from location, facilities, cleanliness and communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend Old Town Flats Casa Burguerini for those that want to be centrally located in the Old Town, comfortable and safe.

There is nothing we disliked. When booking this place one should bear in mind the following points, none of which did bother us: there is no place to park a car around the flat (at least we did not see any). However, in Valencia you don't need a car. If you plan to cook yourself, you need to organize every ingredient, including basics like salt, pepper etc. As mentioned: not a problem at all, but good to know. And last: basically, the flat consists of one room, even though there are two sleeping areas separated by the corridor ("bedroom" and sofa in the living/kitchenette area).

The house comprises around half a dozen flat and is located in a quiet corner of Valencia old town. The flat is modern and functional and contains all the amenities needed for a good stay. Although personally I prefer seeing my hosts at least once, communication with them through WhatsApp is highly efficient, friendly and effective. It has been a real pleasure for us staying there as a family. Having the central market such close is fantastic. As we stayed more than a week, we had one complimentary cleaning included. Highly recommended place!

I would not recommend the sofa bed for more than one person, it really sank in the middle.

The location simply cannot be beat. The apartment was in the heart of the old town, but on a quiet street with few tourists. The check-in procedure was efficient, with everything being taken care of ahead of time. When we arrived after our long transatlantic flight and train journey, we could enjoy the premises right away.

The showers both need upgrading as the shower recess space is so small and shower heads were not all working. The online check in process was very laborious and not user friendly.

We loved the location and the accommodation was very comfortable! The rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. We loved it there!

I would like to recommend that the flat's support team provide clearer information regarding the following points: Registering information for all guests, especially the Person's Tax Identification Number. This requirement was unusual for us, but the support team informed us that it's legally required in Spain. (Access keys cannot be provided without completion of this information.) Information about parking and accessing the old town by car. I used the Central Market parking area with a 7-day ticket that cost 110 Euro. (I believe it's the best parking option for flat guests.) Driving a car into the old city is only allowed if the flat's support team registers the car's license plate. Therefore, guests are required to contact the support team prior to their arrival.

The flat is located in the very center of Valencia's old town, allowing us to explore most tourist attractions such as the Central Market, the Cathedral, and more on foot within 20-30 minutes. The flat has been modernized from an old building, and we were satisfied with the clean and cozy room that included a kitchen, enabling us to prepare some of our own meals. The flat is suitable for a maximum of 4 family members, offering one king-size bed and a sofa bed.

A fantastic spacious property in the heart of Valencia. This apartment has everything you need for a great stay and is well equipped. The building is beautiful and the apartment has more than enough space for two people. The kitchen has all the utensils you need and there are many shops nearby to pick up the essentials. All the sights of Valencia are within walking distance and it’s not far to the tram stop to get to the beach. Highly recommended.

The location was great - right in the old town, down a quiet alley. The flat had everything we needed, including air conditioning and a washing machine. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size.

It would of been nice to check in a little earlier or at least have the option to store bags but this info is all detailed in the description, so I was aware of this before. Not really anything not to like about this little flat

Great location right in the centre of the old town. Very comfortable and we were greatfull for the aircon at night. The flat is spotlessly clean and comfy bed and lovely fresh towels.

The sofa bed dips in the middle so was not very comfortable, and it would have been nice to have a mirror above the desk and some hand soap, but otherwise it was perfect!

The location of the appartment was excellent, a couple of minutes walk away from the Mercado Central. It was very clean and the double bed was very comfortable. The shower was great too
