Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hong KongThe only flaw is that the room is a little bit small. We lived on 1st floor, a little bit noisy during the night. But overall, it is excellent worth money .
Location is good, just along the river. Can eat breakfast on terrace with excellent river view. Breakfast is good, especially the cheesecake and orange juice. Most importantly, the staff are very friendly and help. If I visit Sylvia again definitely I will book this hotel. It is worth the money.

SwitzerlandAll was perfect. Just a recommendation for travelers: For the roof deck pool, shoes are highly recommend as with some sun one can’t walk on the heated terrace barefoot.
This hotel is a perfect 10! The staff is lovely. Nicest, warm welcome I ever had in a hotel. (Maria, I think) Design, ambience, room, music, food, all top. With a lot of love and care.

Perfect location & all the staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was spotlessly clean & although we faced a main road, the soundproofing was excellent. Free tea, coffee & pastries available in the foyer. We returned to our room on the first night & found a bottle of cava waiting, as a surprise for our 30th anniversary. I would definitely return to this hotel.

CanadaI didn’t like the security, or lack there of, of my room. No secondary lock on the door, and as mentioned was on the first floor. There’s a door separating the hallway with the rooms and the elevator foyer, I suggest they make that door secure with a key card swipe that only guests on that floor can access. There was a strange door that was locked in the shower. It was a large, frosted glass door. When showering, it was jarring and scary to be able to hear cars or people on the street outside the shower.
The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. I think I got an accessible room, because I was on the main floor and the shower was massive. Water pressure in the shower was wonderful. The daily breakfast was good, had all the basics and you could order a variety of eggs, which was included in the price. In the room, there was a mini fridge that was stocked each day with 2 bottles of water and juices, all included in price, which was a very nice touch! During the day, there was a coffee bar stocked with pastries and snacks open to all guests. Location was 10 mins from cathedral, right across the bridge from Triana and the market, and had tons of bars and restaurants around.

Comfort, style and location of hotel was great. Perfect for nearby bars and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bar staff in the Terrace bar were great - excellent service of beautifully presented drinks. Nice touches with robes, slippers and soft drinks in the room included and sleep kits and dental kits provided too. Room always smelled lovely too.

United StatesCan’t beat the location! Easy walk over the bridge to the Triana neighborhood. Slightly longer walk to the Alcazar and Cathedral. Bullring museum around the corner. Quick walk to bus station to catch a bus to Granada. Great restaurants nearby. Staff were very helpful navigating the city. There was a always a snack bar set up with water and coffee.

Easy walking to terrific restaurants and the river. The market behind the hotel has a bicycle rental business for easy touring along the river and through the parks. Loved this hotel.

The location is very central to lots of different parts of the city. The room was spacious and very clean. All staff encountered were more than happy to help. Roof top bar offers stunning views.
