There is a 90€ deposit before the stay but this was repaid in full IMMEDIATELY on check out. There's also a fairly noisy dog in the morning but if you wake up pretty early anyway it's totally fine.

Maria is really lovely and communicative. Our flight was delayed and she came out to help is check in. The place is clean, comfortable and the balcony is wonderful for relaxing on in the evenings. The location was perfect, about 25mins walk along the beach path to Candelária and the more touristic spots. We're going again in October :)

Parking was difficult, but I found a space in a road around the corner and walked down.

I was only there on an overnight stop, but really appreciated the quiet environment and the really comfortable bed. Maria came to find me and showed me the accommodation, she was lovely and very helpful. The sea is very close and I could hear the waves when I woke during the night.

-The balcony door doesn't close hermetically and is single glass, so the sound insulation is not great. It is usually not a problem since it is not on a busy street, but for example one morning a dog from one of the neighbours barked from 6 to 9am, and you could hear it very loudly. Same if a large vehicle passes by, although it is not frequent (we only had this problem that morning, the rest of the days were fine)

-Maria (the host) was very nice and helpful! She arranged a little breakfast for us every morning, was available whenever needed, and was very helpful helping me recover a book I forgot in the property! -The location is really good: the beach is a 2min walk, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants. -The room was cozy and overall very comfortable. -Good value for money!

The lack of minibar/small fridge which would have been very useful to keep drinks and fresh food/snacks cool.

Comfortable, cosy room with a balcony. Nice to have a full size bath. Breakfast snacks appreciated. Good location close to the beach and facilities. Very attentive and thoughtful host (thanks Maria)

I though the pillow was not very comfy, but I must confess I'm very picky regarding bedding. Noise coming from neighbors chitchatting late at night in the opposing street.

Good communication with Maria, welcoming environment, nice morning surprise with a lovely balcony view ++ many amenities available in the room (hairdrier, etc).

unfortunately no kitchen, the host tries her best with a trolley with capsule coffee machine and minimum supply of dishes/cutlery.

nice balcony, leave the door open and enjoy the sound of the waves. very close to the beach. free drinks and lots of sweets. pleasant surprise was the small breakfast we found outside the room on the trolley.

Everything was perfect, muchas gracias!!

All communications were clear from the beginning (since booking) and Maria came to meet us as soon as we arrived. She explained everything we had to know and gave us advice about places where we could have dinner. The place was quiet, clean and cosy, it felt like home! Thanks for the sweets and attention. Deposit was refunded right back when we left. Perfect first night for our trip! We won't hesitate to stop by again if we have a chance.

Description does not match with the real situation, many do and donts and rules, it seems more like a hostel, room seems like a teenager bedroom, we should take off out shoes but the ground was dirty and a lot of animal hairs, every sign is handwritten, it is like a joke, a lot of notes are sticked everywhere, Maria is kind but more like a mother than a host, It was annoying when you just want to check in, No parking options. No keyless entry, Free Cava is cheap alcoholfree secco :D

Difficult communication with the host. If you select direction direct from booking, you will find the correct road but it is another number, BUT the address that is written in the information of the room is INCORRECT. We asked to check in between 19.00 - 20.00 as we were all day on the road and the host ignore that. So before 20.00 we couldn't find her in the phone and we try alone to understand where is the apartment. Finally she asked to take off our shoes amd don't bring food on the room, we can't feel comfortable with this. At least, in the benefits is written, fridge, but there is only a mini bar only to buy drinks. About clean, it was clean 6/10.

Good location!! Very kind host, she aksed lots of time if we are ok with the room. The bathroom was clean. The rest room needs more carefully cleaning.

Everything was great

Maria is a great host! Really discreet, but caring. Her suprising breakfasts were a great start of a day :) Apartament has all the facilities and details needed to feel like home. The balcony has a wonderful seaview. Everything was clean and the space was well organized. Thank you!

There is absolutely nothing to dislike!

Absolutely everything. The room was lovely and clean. It was equipped in everything one could need! The biggest highlight was the view from the balcony in the morning! María is a wonderful host! She sent me very detailed instructions on how to get to the house and made me feel very welcome and safe! I can definitely recommend for couples and solo travellers ☺️

You can hear the cars passing by the road

Everything! I had a lot of privacy, but good care from the host who descretly surprises with sweets and breakfast. The place is very comfortable and very good localisation for traveling on the island. Would go back again!
