Double bed was in fact two singles pushed together. It would have been nice to have a small fridge for cold drinks.

The walls are very thin, so we had a hard time relaxing. We could hear everything in both rooms and assumed the same could be said for us. This disturbed our sleep and hampered our own activities. Traffic/crowd noise from the street was also noticeable. There are bright lights in the room that shine all night long and are difficult to cover up or mitigate. So we had a pretty difficult time sleeping, but it might be less of an issue for someone less sensitive to noise and light pollution.

The location was excellent. Located to many great sites and restaurants. The room and hotel itself was beautiful and beautifully attired. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The management listened to our concerns and allowed us to shorten our stay for which we are immensely grateful.

The breakfast up the street in a cafe wasn't the best and we wouldn't have paid in advance if we had known what the choices were.

No USB sockets Was quite noisy being on the corner of the main street. No anti slip mat or grab rail in the shower The shower was quite slippy

If the parking that’s closest is full, it’s quite a hassle to get in and out of the other one close by. And it’s very expensive! Very poor breakfast and breakfast doesn’t take place at the hotel. It isn’t worth paying for it since it only offers a slice of bread and a coffee!!

- Airconditioning did not work, it was super hot in the room - towels directly next to the toilet - no second bin in bedroom - very loud at night due to neighborhood, as aircon did not work we had to leave window open to get some cool air in which resulted in very interrupted sleep - cheap breakfast, we ended up going to a different cafe

Hand soap dispenser should be placed above the sink not in between sink and toilet as every time you use the pump the soap always drips on the floor. there is a phone in the room (I gues to be able to call reception) but is not logged in and no instructions on how to use it.

You can hear every other guest in all the rooms. Breakfast is in a separate cafeteria, not enough info on where/how to use. Only a pastry or toast as a choice

Room was too hot even in March and the aircon appeared ineffective or didn't work properly which was not helped by the memory foam mattress which although comfortable initially seemed to make it hotter Towels were placed right next to the toilet :(
