There is nothing that we did not like, but we do have two suggestions: - finding a better spot for the refrigerator, at least in the bigger rooms - find a spot for a small table - and enclosed drower

The property location is amazing as we love remote places with amazing views. The hosts are very helpful and they have tried to understand and acomodate all our needs. The house is classified as a rural accommodation and it is a family business managed by people living there for generations. But even so, we have found the property very modern and updated, in the same time in a good balance with the amazing nature around. Rooms are cleaned daily and the entire place is very clean. Even if you have full privacy with the location, a lot of attractions are very close, including amazing city of Denia. All the facilities worked and the bathrooms are in a very very good condition.

Absolutely nothing.

Everything - the hospitality from Julio and his daughter, Julia, who speaks perfect English; the tasteful renovation of the property; the tranquility; the beautiful views; the excellent dinner; the pervading feeling of luxury....It was an unexpected gem! I was unsure after reading reviews but without grounds. The access is via a metalled, windy, but perfectly adequate road; there is a spacious terrace with comfy sofas and sunshades and views and a bar service to enjoy a g&t whilst looking at them; a pool with those same views. The dinner is bought in from a local restaurant of some renown and has to be ordered before 3pm on the day of arrival. The 3 sharing starters plus dessert were certainly enough for 2 people and were both surprising and delicious. Most of all, what has stayed with us was Julio's extraordinary kindness and passion for both the property and its history and the local food and produce - it seemed like nothing would have been to much trouble. As a note, there is free parking on site. The owners do not stay on site overnight which did not bother us.

The property is isolated and there was no restaurant, although the owner went out and got a light snack for us. breakfast was a continental one which was very good

Nothing-just wished we could have stayed longer!!

Fabulous new small hotel set in the Girona valley surrounded by hills with magnificent valley views down to the Med coast near Denia. The quality of the rooms, beds and fittings are the best we’ve experienced in 20 yrs of touring Spain. Fully air conditioned. Adequate parking available on site. Large terrace to front with infinity pool into jacuzzi with plenty of space to sunbathe or just relax. Breakfast and Dinner is available at sensible prices with good local produce. Rooms are large. One caters especially for guests with disabilities-no steps! Nothing is too much trouble for your hosts Julia and Julio. Positioned about 20 mins from good beaches and local walking trails from the hotel. A quiet place to take a relaxing pampered break-Not to be missed if touring the Costa Blanca.

We only stayed one night but wished we had more time at this exceptional property! The building is renovated beautifully, with every detail thought through. We loved the ability to walk right out onto the hiking trail for the afternoon and then come back to a luxurious and comfortable villa for the evening. The scenery, trails and views around the property are second to none. Our hosts Julio and Julia were very attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious! We will definitely be back for another stay.

The views are amazing, Julio and Julia the best hosts and loved the pool. Perfect for a quiet getaway. You can even do a bit of a hike around the hotel and it’s just 30 min away from Javea and it’s beaches.

The wifi connection could be better, but the hosts were super proactive and helpful straightaway in contacting their wifi provider to try to find a solution.

Everything really good. The view from the property is exceptional, everything was new, very clean, hosts were extremely nice, good air condition in the room, nice breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows, very quiet and peaceful location, easy reach to the nearby cities, etc.

The approach is a single track tarmac road about 1km long with an unprotected sheer drop on one side and on arrival you are faced with a huge closed wooden gate and it's not possible to drive right up to the hotel. We went to check it out Sunday afternoon the week before and at that time the gate was locked and there was no response to the bell, which we thought was very odd. The building and contents are immaculate but totally stark except for a small patch of AstroTurf hidden behind the pool. We were frankly very nervous about the whole stay until we received a very friendly personal greeting from Julio when we arrived to check in and we were sorry we had to rush off to the wedding as we would have enjoyed more time to talk to him and learn more about the place. Can't imagine ever being able to get a taxi there, it's so remote!

We checked in very quickly before going on to a wedding party and we didn't get back to the room till 02.00. Excellent mosquito nets allowed us to have all the windows open but local dogs very noisy unchecked in the small hours. Otherwise silence, except for the cowbells on the goats! Up early and left about 0800 without breakfast to get back to our cat, so no chance to check out facilities but nice looking pool. There are tall letters on a high shelf in reception spelling "OUR DREAM". We can believe it really is - what a project it must have been!
