You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainDinner was a disappointment. We chose the menu degustacion as our favourite dessert of tarte tatin was the (only) offering, otherwise we would have ordered a la carte. The starters were very good, but the main course was average, and we were then informed that tarte tatin had sold out the day before. Why we were not told at the beginning was a big error. To give the staff credit, the bill was adjusted, but the meal was a disappointment. A further anomaly was we were told that complementary water was only provided in the room on the first night. After objecting, a second night supply was provided, but the overall effect was that management has overlooked some detailed customer service issues.
Breakfast was very good, with a generous array of cold food on the table, and cooked dishes available to order. The staff were pleasant, friendly and courteous.

SpainWe had the suite and I was a bit underwhelmed when I saw it. It has just one small window and it isn’t very accommodating for a tall person. The bathroom was however very beautiful and the amenities were a plus.
This beautiful boutique hotel is located in the murallas de Avila. The decor of the entire place is intricate and charming. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Wifi was good too and the food served at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was ok; a bit pricey for the options that were available especially for breakfast.

SpainThe dinner was both expensive and inedible. Further they put the price up from 45 euros on the web to 55 euros in the dinning room for the same menu. Croissants at breakfast were over microwaved and inedible
