What a hidden gem. You have no idea what awaits behind the facade. Our room. in the modern part of hotel. was exceptional. particularly for the price paid. Marta and staff were extremely welcoming and went out of their way to give us the best experience.

I visited this hotel in winter-time, so there no many visitors. And breakfast could be served personally, but nobody reported me this on the reception

The design of hotel was unexpectedly perfect, I was impressed of this combination of antique and avant-garde. Room, bathroom, air-condition, interior of the room, equipment, all things were perfect. And staff were also very friendly

I didn't like the fact that the natural light for the room came from a shaft so that privacy was available by lowering an electric blind. Unfortunately, I managed to damage this blind but we were given a slightly better room without any fuss by the excellent and friendly staff.

Everything went well. Ample sized room, very clean, with a comfortable bed. Bonus, not usually found in Spanish hotels, tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was extra, but good value. The whole interior of the hotel was unusual and very pleasing.

A beautiful converted 17th century house. the interior exceeded al expectations. we stayed in the new wing which was tastefully decorated and the art work and layout complimented it. The room was lovely and comfortable bed and other accessories. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wished we stayed another night as the town is so historic and we would have liked to have explored it more. Would certainly return and recommend it.

The room was beautiful and the service was reat - did not expect to pay for each cup of coffee ordered at breakfast separately - clients should be aware of this - everthing at breakfast is charged including coffee even if you get the full breakfast Otherwise everything was wonderful and its about 4 Euro per cup which is very high and we just never asked so important to be aware of this

The modern building is very noisy and you can hear and feel (vibrations) other guests walk around, shower, speak, etc. The beds and pillows are not comfortable. Also there is no natural light in the room.

It combines a historic building and a modern build-on. The space is used for local art exhibitions.

The hotel is beautiful and we were taken a back by the main hall by reception. Our room was in the new wing which was very stylish and modern. We liked the proximity to the main square which was a 5-10 minute walk town the street.

No restaurant and it was practically impossible to find anything to eat between 3pm and 10pm in the whole town. Remember to book the spa and pool well in advance. I did not do this and was told I couldn’t use the pool.

Fantastic little hotel, seemed to be something different to see around every corner, really clean rooms and comfortable beds. Super friendly staff that seemed to be going out of their way to make sure we were being looked after, even checking where we parked to make sure the car was ok. Almagro itself is a lovely Spanish town without hoards of tourists, well worth a trip to see. Recommend this hotel 100%, we absolutely loved our stay here.

Depressing "modern" decor in room. Stupid light switches. No milk for making tea or coffee, Kettle does not fit under tap in bathroom. No plug for basin, so cannot wash. No flat surfaces in bathroom for clothes, No hooks to hang anything in bathroom, the mirrors steamed up. Could not find hair dryer.
