The apartment is very spacious and equipped with just about everything you would need. The host Roberto is outstanding. He is very communicative and checks occasionally to ensure your stay is pleasant. There are many restaurants nearby, especially along Ciscar and Comte d'Altea. And there are 2 large grocery stores within a block. Very convenient.

No negative points. The location is good. There are restaurants close by. The train station is 15min walk. It is a 30 min walk to the old center and 1 hour walk to the harbour. This was no problem for us because we like walking.

The apartment was very nice, clean and spacious. All utilities were there. Roberto, although we did not see him in person, was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The apartment is on the third floor, but there is an elevator.

It's very close to a supermarket and bus stops but still a quiet area. Not so far from train stations. Roberto was always just a phone call away when we needed him.

Apartment was very clean and ready for our use. Roberto (the host) was very helpful in advance, and responded to a couple of questions while there very quickly. The location is just outside the old town which was perfect for our needs - quieter than the town centre, an easy walk to most places, and well served with public transport, shops and restaurants nearby.

The upstairs neighbors can be a little noisy at times, but earplugs will muffle that sound.

This charming apartment was super comfortable for our stay in Valencia. It was squeaky clean, and well-stocked with necessities. The location is very walkable but quiet in terms of traffic noise. Checkin was easy, and the owner very attentive with excellent restaurant suggestions.

Nothing springs to mind!

One of two apartments on 3rd floor (with a good lift) of a renovated building. Modern layout and decor in a spacious apartment for a couple, with good security. Good location with shops, bars and restaurants very close and short walks (15 min) to tourist centre or oceanarium/science centre; good public transport options. Helpful owner and nice largely unspoiled neighbourhood (mostly locals around during our visit in November).

Very charming, spacious and immaculate apartment in the beautiful nightlife district of Russafa. The location is perfect for exploring the many sights of the city on foot or with the very convenient Valenbisi rental bikes. Despite the central location, it was very quiet at night and we had a wonderful night's sleep. Many thanks to Roberto for his great recommendations and hospitality!

The apartment was extremely comfortable and clean. The ease of check in with our host was extremely great with constant WhatsApp messages leading up to check-in date. Roberto (our host) was extremely friendly and was there to help during our stay on WhatsApp. He also sent us places to stay,eat and visit on text to help our stay. The apartment is in nice area ,close to local places to drink and eat. Local Lidl is also a plus for food shopping. City bikes stations are also close if you want to cycle around the city.( Besy city for cycling with great cycle paths everywhere) The apartment is clean ,spacious. Lovely walk in shower and spacious bathroom. Lovely comfortable bed with a nice walk in wardrobe ( plenty wardrobe space) Kichen/Dining area very spacious with all cooking utensils. Apartment on 3rd floor with lift so easy to access. Overall this apartment is beautifully situated in Rusafa District so you can experience the local Valencia culture. This apartment is situated between city centre (15 min walk ) and Science n Arts centre (10 min walk). It really is nice place to base your say. Roberto is an amazing host and will go above and beyond to help during your stay.

Maybe couple of lightweight fold-up chairs for the beach?

Our flight time meant we reached the apartment earlier than check-in, but the host (Roberto) made it possible for us to go directly there, and had the place clean and ready for us. Nice little cafe/bar oppersite if you need to wait, so no problem should you need to kill a bit of time, or 2 local supermarkets if you want to stock up ready, large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob in room all available to use.

The apartment is in a great location to access the city on foot and there's the added bonus of being able to relax in the neighbourhood with many bars and also the convenience of a supermarket and great bakery within just a few metres. The apartment is light, modern, spotlessly clean and airy. The decor is very nice, with complementary furniture/fittings and art work; it had the feel of more than a holiday let with many extra 'attention to detail' features. Loved the mosaic floor and the spacious shower. Roberto was a great host who was - both, kind, welcoming and super helpful. Thank you Roberto and thanks also for providing lots of great recommendations for places to eat.
