There is nothing that could be improved. The only caveat I would place is that the stairs are quite steep and if older people are part of your party, it might be wise to put them in the lower floor rooms. That is not a negative remark, just a practical one. The stairs are part of what makes this house so lovely!

We have been to Sitges many times. It is a beautiful town and friendly too. The centre of town can be a bit noisy but La Casita del Mar is perfectly situated less than 5 minutes walk from the town centre but in a really quiet street. The house is so well equipped with two fully equipped kitchens and lots of comfortable seating. The rooms are very well appointed and the bathrooms are good too. There were 10 of us in our party and we were celebrating a big birthday. We had the most fabulous time and the house was the heart of everything we did. I would, without doubt, book it again when we return to Sitges!

Beautiful property. All the rooms are large and there’s so much space throughout. 8 of us stayed and barely felt busy. Roof terrace has lovely sea views and big enough for us all to have dinner and lounge around. Loved the beach towel rack by the door with the seat where you can wash the sand off you. Angel was fantastically communicative and on hand if we needed anything. Highly recommend and will be staying again.

This December, on occasion of my dad’s 70th birthday we spent a whole weekend in La Casita del Mar. 3 generations, 4 families, all under one roof. The house is perfect for that: it has multiple rooms, almost all of which have they very own en-suite toilets and showers, making it very comfortable for the different generations and sub-families to be together whilst still having enough privacy. The common areas: Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Patio and Terrace, are all super well equipped. We have never been at a house with such complete kitchen equipment! Lastly, the location couldn’t be better. You are right in the town’s center (although it’s super quiet), 10 meters away from the beach promenade. Only down side would be that you cannot really drive in and there are limited paid parking lots nearby but there are enough alternatives close by: we typically left the cars 10 min away (by foot).

I think the mattresses could have been a little more comfortable, but I still slept well at night. There is a need for some house repairs, that I mentioned to host- but I’m confident they will take care of.

It is a beautiful home!! it was such a treat to get to stay in the heart of Sitges in a preserved build. The home is solid, some things here and there that may need re-touching but truly a wonderful stay with my family and extended family. 4 floors, the 4th being the outside terrace (which we enjoyed!) Great view of the church from the terrace and the view of the beach just a few hundred feet away. It was truly a memorable vacation. We stayed through Festa Mayor, and it was like nothing I’ve ever seen. My husband grew up here so it was great to re-live some of his memories.

One bedroom connects to the main house via another. Kitchen knives and scissors can be sharpened.

Huge old Spanish soundproof architectural spaces complemented with modern equipment and airconditioning. Position cant be better in a quiet alley incl views of old town. Very well equipped for big groups. Angel was a responsive and constructive host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit in this beautiful villa which is located centrally near to beach and town center. The owner answered our queries before arrival very promptly. Check-in was good. The villa was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We are a family of 3 generations and there was plenty of room in the villa for us to meet up and for everyone to have their own space. We look forward to our next visit. Thank you to Angel and team.

the downstairs toilet smelled a bit like sewage from the old pipes - but once you close the door it's fine!

La casita del Mar really blew our minds! It's huge and perfect for a vacation for families or a big group. It's a tastefully renovated old house just off the beach and promenade. The furniture is stylish and the kitchen is better equipped than my own one. We had home-cooked meals a couple of times and didn't miss anything (they even had a wine fridge)! There is an amazing rooftop terrace with rooftop-view and even a glint of the beach - there's even a second kitchen, so that you don't have to carry all the dishes up the stairs. Everything was immaculately cleaned and there was a bottle of cava waiting for us when we arrived! Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone who's looking for an upscale yet relaxed stay in Sitges!

Everything was perfect

From the minute we walked in the door we could see how special La Casita del Mar was. Everything was so beautifully styled and there was so much room. The little things you needed were there and we even received a free bottle of Cava. The beds were very comfy and the sitting areas were just what we needed. An exceptional property that I would highly recommend to anyone.
