We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe mattress was very hard. We had a room at the front which was very noisy until 1am and again from 6am. Also by the lift and stairs which had guests coming in cloudy quite late. Not the hotel fault but something to be mindful of when booking.
Great location for tram to city. Very clean accommodation. Free parking all around. Cafes for breakfast next door.

Double room with an acceptable level of cleanliness. Everything is on a lower level, but still acceptable. The man who worked at the reception was very helpful and very kind. The hotel is about 25 minutes away with metro from Granada. The metro station is 300 m away from the hotel.

Friendliness of reception staff. Absolutely spotlessly clean Very good value for money. Close to restaurants, bars, shops, metro, street parking. Balcony.

AustraliaThe shower is in a bad need of refurbishment. The room doors don't provide any soundproofing - the hotel has been mostly quiet during our stay, but when guests return late everything can be heard very well inside the room.
Located in a quiet suburban area with the great tram commute to the city centre, good size room, comfy beds, very helpful staff. Great value for money for those who don't want to splurge on accommodation.

This hotel is great for getting in to Granada centre - just get the tram! If you get out at Caleta, you have a nice walk along a planted avenue right into the centre.

PortugalWe asked for a double bed, instead there were 2 single beds. Then, we asked the staff if they can put them together, they said yes. When we got to the room, at night, they didn't do anything... We didn't have a balcony, as they said... The sheets of bed didn't smell clean... The bedroom was so cold at night. We tried to turn on the air conditioner but it wasn't working.
