We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Ukraine1. Check in - we arrived at 16.30 and could not enter during 30 min, the main entrance was closed, they didnt pick up the phone and didn't answer on the bell ringing outside. Only a gentlemen from the nearest restaurant helped us to call somebody to open the door. 2. The room - our room differed from what we expected - the window didnt give enough light - because it was small and looking on some outbuildings and airconditioning stuff. The light inside was also too dim. There was no fridge and shoulders to hang your clothes. 3. Wifi is slow. 4. The breakfast a little poor and same all the days. No fruits and vegetables, no yogurt or milk, too dry. 5. The backroad to the parking place is bad enough, with holes, so it is not easy to take your luggage to the room.
The building is really atmospheric, green, cosy and attractive. Seems to be made from some wine cellar or old mension. Parking is available for free. Pets are allowed without additional fee. The views are amazing.

United KingdomWe did not realise there would not be any food on site but it was fine as plenty of things in the local town. The pool was cold but I guess I should have checked in advance if heated but it would be great for the very hot summer days. No negative comments at all, was a lovely stay but the ramp to get into the hotel from the back, there is a walk way to come in when the main gates are closed isn't very stable and I tripped at the bottom as there is a hole in the platform. I would just suggest this is looked into in case a child or elderly person visited.
Very warm and friendly staff who were happy to help with any and everything. The building was beautiful and we loved the decor. It was cosy and had a nice atmosphere to it. The lady (Montse) who took care of the breakfast couldn't have been sweeter, she served us up eggs and was very attentive. All the staff seemed very happy to be there, I think that created the positive atmosphere. I was working during the day and WIFI was very decent. We arrived early and they let us check in straight away which doesn't always happen! Very cute place and had a great sleep! Nice for a little weekend break.

BelgiumI knew before coming but I know that some of the residents were disappointed by the size of the pool. They don't lie about it, you just have to look carefully at the photos to see that it's not that big.
The restaurant of the hotel was closed but they always took very good care of us and offered some dinner options that were really good. Sandra took so much goo care of us, it was wonderful. The property is stunning, absolutely nothing to complain about. There are also some gorgeous walks to do around the property. The beaches in Cabrera de Mar are really nice.

SpainThe only small issue was the wifi, it was a bit weaker than expected, so if you are planning to work while staying there make sure you have a strong hotspot option.
We went to Barcelona for a wedding, and everything was booked around the venue. I found this hotel by chance, and I was captivated by the pictures and location, once we arrived there we just LOVED IT. The hotel is from the 17th century, completely restored, with only 6 rooms with attention to detail in everything you see: pragmatic yet beautiful. The garden has this lovely swimming pool, which was used in ancient times to wash clothes, and they smartly converted it into a swimming pool for their guests. Everything from this place gives you peace and it reaches your core. The staff was very attentive and available to satisfy every need we had: breakfast was freshly made for us each morning, and everything was done with love. 10 out of 10, highly recommended: we will be back!
