We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainThe noise! There was no soundproofing at all. There was someone moving furniture in one of the other rooms until well after midnight. You could hear when they used the bathroom and you could hear all the traffic going past.
It was very clean and within walking distance of the town centre. The staff were friendly and efficient.

United StatesNo hot water at 7pm for a shower before dinner. The soap dispensers are terrible, you cannot get any soap out of them, they are designed so you have to squeeze them, an impossible task & very frustrating.
The restaurant food was exceptional. It’s expensive but worth it.

United KingdomThere are no tea/coffee facilities in the room. A mini fridge, and a kettle with mugs/tea/coffee would put this hotel & the rooms on a much higher level. There is a bit of a walk up & down stairs if you just want a drink during your stay.
The staff are fantastic & every helpful. The food & service in the restaurant was excellent too. The room & bathroom was a good size, also nice & quiet.

NetherlandsThe location in a backstreet did not promise much good. The room was VERY small although (I think) recently renovated with a double bed of 130 cm wide to small forc2 adults. Also it was very noisy. The restaurant served good food but the prices were too high for the quality. Also the waiter did hardly speak English.

United KingdomLovely hotel. Great sized room and fantastic large terrace (room 201). Good aircon and cleaned daily. Very friendly staff. Particularly Veronica the cleaner who had a lovely chat every day Great to have more of an authentic Spanish experience and was an ideal base to explore the surrounding areas. Fab bar and restraunt too with great food. Also great value for money. Easy 20min drive from Valencia airport and 25 mins into Valencia City and all the surrounding attractions/beaches. I was a solo traveller and felt really safe at all times.

United KingdomI did not like the price - very expensive food. There was no Menu and had to rely on the waiter. The food was meagre, some bits were tasty but overall nothing to recommend eating here. Don't buy the wine the cheapest is 17 euros a bottle. My bill for 2 people dining for 3 nights was 283 euros excluding the wine. My bill was not itemised. I got only a Statement showing just the total of each night.
My room was clean and well lit. The bathroom was adequate but the shower unit was aged. The bar was pleasant and the staff helpful. Smoking was allowed outside. The accommodation price was very reasonable. The wall decorations and pictures were very good.

United KingdomVery loud rooms, no soundproofing whatsoever. I was woken up multiple times during my stay by other guests, staff and cleaners talking in the corridor and entering and exiting other rooms. I was also awoken by cleaners coming into my room in the morning as there was no “Do not disturb” sign that I could put on the door. It’s not the cleaners fault as there’s no way to notify the cleaners that you don’t want to be disturbed and that the room is occupied.
