How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This is a highly convenient hotel for the airport, offering great rooms at a very good price. Breakfast buffet is adequate and free transfer from hotel to airport is a big bonus. No restaurant, and if it's character you're looking for, you are in the wrong place.

Breakfast room was a bit like a work canteen, this could be better.

The hospitality was world class! My flight left before breakfast was served so they made me a picinic to take on the plane. And then personally escorted me to the airport as the shuttle was not running yet. Well done!

Pizza at hotel bar was microwave pizza, would not recommend. Other food choices were good.
Bagged breakfast available due to early departure. Desk attendants spoke fluent English. Pool was very nice. Accommodated early check in. Very friendly.

Very nice staff who spoke English which was very helpful. I also got a free shuttle service to the airport in the morning which was great. The rooms were amazing, lovely spacious bathroom and massive bedroom area with a TV, plus I had a view of the pool. Would definitely come back if I'm flying from Jerez again

All good.
This is way above average for an airport hotel, and larger. It doubles as the accommodation for the nearby flight training school, so has enough guests to maintain its facilities despite Jerez being a quiet airport. We didn't use the late bar and the pool, but they did exist! The hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport.

Not enough choice of (healthy) cereal. In a room for 2 people only one balcony chair- where is the other person supposed to sit?
Good choices, unusual to find anything remotely healthy on a Spanish breakfast menu.

There was a loud karaoke bar going on by the pool that was pretty loud, but I was so tired from my flight I slept through it with little issue.
La Parra was the perfect place for me to stay the evening until my plane ride the next day. They offered a free shuttle that picked me up and dropped me off the next day. Their rooms were clean, open and inviting! Staff was helpful and open if I had any questions. The breakfast was good and had many options available.

This is a perfect place for an overnight near the airport. If I were planning to go into Jerez de la Frontera for sightseeing I would have picked a hotel closer to the city. There is nothing to do or see right near the hotel. City is about 25 mins away by taxi or train. Small restaurant on premises is a terrific value.
Front desk staff was extremely helpful in giving directions by train from Seville, was very accommodating in flexibility of shuttle to pick us up from train station, personally packed us up food to take to airport the next morning since our flight required us to leave prior to breakfast, made sure we arrived at airport right on time.

The only thing I can think of to write here is that the breakfast room resembled my work canteen more than a hotel, but it's not a complaint.
Large rooms,.some with spacious balcony. Large modern bathrooms. Lovely quiet location near the airport/station and next to a riding school, nothing else. Spacious grounds with lovely pool. Front desk staff were very helpful with rides to and from the airport/station and pilot school. The hotel belongs to the school and they sometimes use it to accommodate the students.

Couldn't get the shower to keep an even temperature. Was either freezing cold or burning hot. Problem with the mixer? The bed was a bit on the hard side, but depends on preference.
Nice and clean rural hotel. The room was warm (November). Peaceful and quiet with nice gardens and pool during summertime. Good breakfast. Good value for money.

The hotel offered free airport shuttle but when we arrived it turned out we cannot use it on a Sunday morning (the chauffeur only starts working at 12), so we ended up paying an overpriced taxi (20 euro for 3 min drive)
