The Mangana parking lot was difficult to find at first, but after we figured it out, we realized it was very close. The town was very charming but expect to walk up and down some hills. To get up to the old town, you can take the elevator in the Mangana parking lot, something I wish we knew in the beginning of our stay.

Nice room with kitchen facilities and access to a lovely terrace. Very quiet room on a pedestrian street with a comfortable firm bed. The owner was very nice and accommodating and came by to help us when we had a problem. Even though she didn't speak a lot of English, we were able to communicate through google translate.

Not the properties fault but Cuenca itself was a little tricky to get around. Narrow streets and not for the old or disabled. Google maps was useless to rely on for getting around. A very specific point was since no breakfast the coffee pods were a bare minimum.

Very central to the old town. But you have to negotiate the way round.

Parking is about 15 minute walk away in a garage. Cannot pull up to door to drop luggage, as it is on a footpath, not a street. No elevator. Only 1 light coffee pod left for breakfast.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed, equipped with toaster, microwave, keurig, & fridge. Easy entry with keypad. Cuenca is the most delightful town. Full of surprises around every corner.

I think that there should be a significant price reduction for second, third, .... night, especially if there is no room service. Of course this is not the only place with this policy, but still a valid point to mention.

Great location and very well equipped appartement. Although it came as a surprise to me that there was no-one there at any time. Communication via Booking and phone worked. Very good value for money at this time of the year.

No breakfast available as such, but every room had a Nespresso machine and a couple of biscuits in a small kitchen. The rooms were quite small in order to prepare your suitcase. No wardrobes.

Excellent hotel in the city center. It was clean, very beautifully decorated, the beds were comfy. Lot of attention to detail. Quiet and perfectly isolated from the warm weather.

Very small room and bathroom. Two people could hardly move there. Very narrow and short bed, extremely tough mattress and pillow. We could not sleep properly.

We were in the attic room which I wouldn’t recommend for anyone tall-ish.

Its super clean, lovingly decorated, and the manager/staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had a nice courtyard view. We were given a coffee pod and a mini-muffin for breakfast. The apartment is in the historic section of Cuenca which is where most of the sites and galleries are located.
